Locks by it’s self every minute after being unlocked, and the finger print scanner never gives me a problem no matter how sweaty or wet my hands are

I would give this thing 10 stars if possible.. No exaggeration! It's easily the best looking and best functional smart door lock on the market... It's durable... The only thing it's missing is having different colors to purchase..

Work great, once in a while you need to double check if it’s look or not because when you unlock from inside, sometimes it doesn’t know it unlocked…

My kids amd the whole family love this kids dont need to worry about losing thier key just thumb print and thier in never locked out always reliable

I recently had to replace my old coded door lock due to problems with it locking. I had never heard of eufy before this product and let me say i ammso happy I decided tomgo with them. This door lock was so easy tominstall with all the parts labeled in steps and was even easier to connect to my home internet. I think the best part is thenrubber seal that is protecting my door from any unwanted damage from the lock.

Excellent product! This Smart Lock has multiple ways for opening a door. Fingerprint, keycode, through the app, and most importantly for me, an actual physical key. So, no matter the scenario, I will be able to enter my home.

I bought three for my house and a family member bought two for his home. I love smart locks overall and thought these were the best but found they dont work well if you fingers are sweaty or if it is raining outside. Also, the lock goes out after about 1.5-2 years if it is heavily used. This happened to both houses. I am debating on not replacing with the same brand.

The smart lock works great except for a scheduled access and eufy can’t seem to fix it. Unfortunately, I didn’t check that until after my Best Buy return period. I wanted to schedule someone to only be able to unlock the door on Wednesday’s. It will not unlock at all for her. If I take off the schedule it will unlock for her. After about a month of back and forth with eufy the said it should work with the last update. No such luck!

Works great! Can set up for multiple users through the app and you’ll get a notification on your phone with who opened or closed the door. Connects directly using wifi, easy step by step instructions through the app and even has a video showing how to install. You can unlock/unlock using your fingerprints. Also comes with a proprietary key in case you like traditional key style. Highly recommend.

This smart lock its so convenient for people that like to carry a lot of stuff in our hands and can’t find the keys on our purse.

It works great. I wanted a good smart lock and this good. Especially, if you want to have eufy smart home products.

Works well love the automation in love the fact, the different family members can set up their own code and fingerprint and you can get notified who enters!

Works great and reliably. Fingerprint sensor very quick. Only gripe is the batter life (6-8 weeks) although it is easy to recharge.

Great door lock that works on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth without requiring a paid subscription. It also comes with the ability to use a physical key and a passcode, they both work excellent. My favorite feature is the fingerprint sensor to unlock the door. I had trouble installing it myself, but it's because my home is more old-fashioned and had an older door, but a quick cut and sanding allowed the wire to not be pinched. Really happy with the purchase.

I like the ease of not having to carry a key anymore. Keys to come with this but are not necessary. I use the biometric fingerprint scanner to open the door. Love it! There is a glitch with the chime so they really have to get that figured out.
