Advertises that battery would last 365 Days, but I was getting less than 2 months of charge. I have gone back and forth with Eufy’s support for the past 6 months, 2 batteries later I still had the issue of recharging 6-7 weeks. Posted a video on YouTube. I would recommend until they fix battery issue.

But , it appeared that Best Buy sold me an item which is not in the original package. On the original package, the parts come packed in small boxes with installation labels on them; but the one I got doesn’t have the small boxes and ufey customer service confirmed it should not be like that. I’m going to return it.

Spent $250 on it in 2022 and had zero issues. Warranty is only good for 18 months and now on month 20 of owning it, it no longer will connect to the WiFi. I have done everything possible to fix it with no luck. It’s now reset and has no codes, cannot be fixed and can only be opened with a manual key. If you want a super fancy lock for less than two years then definitely buy this one.

It is easy to set up. I literally and started within 10 minutes during my lunch break, and I love the fingerprint access. It also integrates very well with my Alexa home system 10 out of 10.
