I have had it for a few months now and had no issues. The battery issue i see in other reviews I don't have took it out the box and plugged it haven't charged it ever and i still have three bars. the fingerprint sensor works and improves with use AI learning. overall thumbs up

Makes a grinding noise, turning the deadbolt from inside isn't smooth and the mechanism gets caught. Constant DOOR FAILED TO UNLOCK errors. Lousy one year warranty that just expired.

Normally, a little twist in the opposite direction will restore the lock and you can continue to open and lock it. Could you please have a try?

It’s heavy duty and is very intuitive. My gripe as always with Eufy is the lack of 3rd party integration but otherwise they build quality products with practical features
