    Won't stay online, won't pair to my phone, installed 1 week ago and have yet to get a salutation that works for eufy. Not happy with it

      To start, please hold down the ring button on the Doorbell for 5 seconds to see if you can hear a Ding sound.
      If you hear a Ding sound, please try the following steps, as they usually resolve the issue:
      For iOS, confirm that the Bluetooth permission is enabled for the eufy Security App
      For Android, enable Bluetooth and the location/positioning on your phone
      Enable and then disable the airplane mode on your phone
      Restart your phone and try again

      If the issue persists, hold down the ring button on the Doorbell for 5 seconds and do the above steps again

      If there is no Ding sound, please try the following:
      Power the Doorbell off and then back on
      Upload your user's log. Steps: side menu>about>tap eufy log 5 times>upload doorbell log

    This is actually my third smart lock, so I feel fairly qualified to give an opinion on this product. Let me start by saying the packaging is excellent, as are the included instructions. You can get video guidance on installation through the app, as well. Installation couldn’t have gone more smoothly, and all necessary hardware (even some unnecessary hardware) is neatly packed and labeled with the appropriate step in the box. Using the Eufy app and a smart phone, you can easily set up the lock with your home WiFi and link multiple users, each with their own codes (and even fingerprints!) to allow easy keyless unlocking. Secondary users can be limited in their access to certain times or days of the week, as well. Secondary users can also be easily deleted should you need to revoke access. WiFi allows easy remote unlocking/locking from within the app, as well as pairing with your favorite smart device, should you choose to do so. The included battery is removable for easy recharging with the included micro USB cable. Should the battery ever inexplicably run out on you, though- this lock even comes with a physical “key” to unlock the door. A big step up from the Yale lock this replaced. Great lock, lots of great security features, and clear documentation with excellent packaging. Best one I’ve had yet!

    It's not the best lock specifically for the price, I've had mine for going on 4 moths and it has recently been ringing the doorbell for no reason at all hours night and day. Pretty freaking annoying! And the thumb turn after certain amount of time specially over night it gets hard to turn, you literally have to force it open! I'm sure that will start wearing down the whole thing. And don't try and send feedback to the company because you will get some lame automated response that doesn't have any useful information!! Overall I'm extremely disappointed with this product and I have several of their cameras both indoor and outdoor, but after seeing the quality of products they are selling now I won't be buying anymore Anker products at all. Don't waste your $ on this crappy product it's over priced and disposable its an expensive mistake.

    Very dissatisfied with both this product and customer service at Eufy. This smart lock does not stay connected to the Wi-Fi for more than a day. Then you have to be near it to manually reconnect it again. After doing some research, it seems to be a known bug. Hundreds of people have been experiencing the same thing for over a year and Eufy has not fixed it. I will be returning. We bought this item for the Wi-Fi capabilities and it let us down.

      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      1. Please check if your router can access the Internet successfully.
      2. Please try to restart the Wi-Fi smart lock by click the restart button at the lock. It may recover after 3 minutes.
      3. If the above operations still cannot solve it, please try to remove the Wi-Fi Smart Lock and add the Wi-Fi Smart lock again.

    The install was fairly straight forward but then trying to get our biometrics into the device was terrible! Still only taking mine and not my boyfriends! Mine usually only stays in place for awhile. The key is great. Not certain how anyone would be able to pick it. Still trying to get it to work properly.
