    Set-up was absolutely terrible. To begin with, the app did not recognize the lock's serial number, which brought the installation to a full stop. The manufacturer's helpline offered no solution. I returned the product to BestBuy.

    Decided to return it. Not crazy about the color or the quality, stick with Schlage instead.

    I buy smart doorlock so it will automatically lock at 8 pm. Some days it does some it doesnt so i get a new one from eufy as i told them the issue.... same thing happens with the new one horrible product

    Won't stay online, won't pair to my phone, installed 1 week ago and have yet to get a salutation that works for eufy. Not happy with it

      To start, please hold down the ring button on the Doorbell for 5 seconds to see if you can hear a Ding sound.
      If you hear a Ding sound, please try the following steps, as they usually resolve the issue:
      For iOS, confirm that the Bluetooth permission is enabled for the eufy Security App
      For Android, enable Bluetooth and the location/positioning on your phone
      Enable and then disable the airplane mode on your phone
      Restart your phone and try again

      If the issue persists, hold down the ring button on the Doorbell for 5 seconds and do the above steps again

      If there is no Ding sound, please try the following:
      Power the Doorbell off and then back on
      Upload your user's log. Steps: side menu>about>tap eufy log 5 times>upload doorbell log

    Fingerprint function stopped working within 30 day

    The fingerprint function stopped operating 2 days ago. Customer support could not identify the problem. Their solution is to have it replaced.

    The install was fairly straight forward but then trying to get our biometrics into the device was terrible! Still only taking mine and not my boyfriends! Mine usually only stays in place for awhile. The key is great. Not certain how anyone would be able to pick it. Still trying to get it to work properly.

    Save your money! Absolutely horrible. I constantly gets sucked “geek squad” came to fixed still with the same issue. It happens mainly during summer or winter
