Adding it to my existing system was easy with the app. Also adding users and fingerprints was easy. The lock itself is very beautiful. I have not had any issues with it recognizing fingerprints. Make sure you do two fingers on each hand so when you are carrying items or you have a cut with a band-aid it is easy. My only complaint is you can only unlock remotely with the app when your are in Bluetooth range. I hope they update software with home kit to allow remote unlock.

It is hard to tell if the door is locked or unlocked. Had issues with the auto lock feature, but it seems to work now after trying the lock calibration a few times.

During the day the keypad is virtually invisible and at night it’s a bit better. My elderly mother cannot use the keypad and for some reason the fingerprint doesn’t work for her. It works fine for me. So, the only way she can open the door is with the phone app.

A deadbolt, an item that should last a lifetime, or at least 10-15 years. My screen stopped functioning, I contacted customer support. They let me know there was nothing that could be done. I asked to have the issue escalated. I have all original receipts and information. They said I'd be put on a "Supervisor call que" but and I quote "I likely wont get a call back". I then asked to leave a formal complaint and the agent hung up on me. This was after 20 minutes on the phone. No wonder this company has a 1.5 star rating. Awful.
