Eufy C220 Smart Lock a real nightmare

Managing a short-term rental apartment has become a nightmare because of this product. The calendar manager doesn't work, and all my guests have constant problems with the lock. I'm eagerly anticipating the day I can return to the apartment and throw this product in the garbage. Don't bother contacting their support team—it's just a bot backed by a group of unhelpful individuals.

it's a garbage

We had an issue with the first one we purchased and contacted eufyand they sent us out another one. The second one didnt even last a month. Going with a different brand

Door doesnt auto lock anymore and randomly restarts….. had i known this to be so badnid never bought it….. save tour money

Bought two producted and the same isseue occur. The warranty wont cover you for their failure technician issues. Do your research before purchasing this product

BestBuy Geek Squad Installation Waste of time

I sat at home for 6 hrs and no one call me all day until 6pm. When they arrive they said I had to have a deadlock already install but nowhere does it states it. I was under the impression being an Elite Total Tech thought they would install it. Wrong!! Best Buy you have fail me again. Total Tech waste of money.
