Great, secure and easy to use smart lock. Installation was super easy.

We love it, having this installed has made it a lot easier for the whole family to come in and out of the house. my daughter loves it as she no longer has to wait for me to come inside the house. Installation was a breeze and it was easy to pair with the app as well. I would suggest to take some time before installing to make your Eufy account and make sure you charge for at least 7 hours.

This unit is very user-friendly. It’s easy to change the access code. It works primarily with the digital keypad, but also has a back up key if there is a function failure for some reason. It is infinitely easier to use than one I previously had.

Hesitated for a long time to buy this, but so glad I did. We have a Eufy RoboVac and was happy with it, so thought I'd give this a try. VERY easy to install. For some reason the deadbolt was SLIGHTLY too big for the hole already in the door. It was the same size as the old one. Was able to ream it out a little, then all fit perfectly. The lock comes packaged with numbered boxes so you just grab out what you need as you get to each step. No trying to figure out what screws you need for that step, just open "step x" box, and all is there. I installed the lock while I charged the battery, and the hardware went in easy once I got the hole big enough. The software part was FLAWLESS. Once I put the battery in, I had it up and running in no time. The finger print reader works FAST. The door is unlocked by the time I reach down from the reader to the door knob. We also love that it locks from 1 second to 3 minutes after the door is shut. I have it set to 30 seconds and it works 100% of the time. I have a keyless entry on my car and wanted on for the house. Now I don't have to have anything but the keyfob for the car. The code entry works fine as well, but the finger print reader is WAY faster and more convenient. VERY happy with this lock and will put Eufy at the top of choices for any future products they make that I might need/want.

I got this lock for a rental property. Super easy and user friendly. Has both a physical key and/or code system.

This smart lock comes with everything you need. Easy to install. Just a screw driver is needed. So many methods by which you can enter the house: Phone app, pin, finger print, and physical key. The auto lock feature is not perfect, it doesnt always work. I would say 90 % of the time it does. I highly recommend. But the company needs to fix this flaw

Great product. Does as advertised. I went down the eufy with their cameras, smart vac and now smart lock. They have a great app and easy directions. The smart lock is expensive but well worth the piece of mind knowing you locked your door and knowing you can lock the door from anywhere if you forgot. High recommend

This lock was easy to install and set up. Works wonderfully and makes getting in the house fast during the rain with the stored fingerprints. I also love that I could give a repair person a temporary code to access the house then delete the code when they were done. Will be purchasing another one for the back door.

I purchased the eufy Security Smart Lock to replace my 1st generation August Smart Lock and I'm upset that I didn't make the change fast enough. The simple fact that I have only used the app, which is user friendly, to setup my device has been heavenly and the fact that I can use my fingerprint (biometric) is wonderful. I do like the fact that I can give guest access and if all else fails I still have a key to access the lock, but being able to use my fingerprint to lock and unlock the door especially when holding a 2 year old baby girl from time to time is seamless. My wife loves it too as the previous lock just would not work from time to time and ended up using the the physical key 9 out 10 times. The only thing that is missing is geofencing which would be prefect for auto unlocking but not that huge of a missing item (hopefully it will come with an future update). Really love my smart lock as guests can use a pin with me any my wife using our fingerprint, no need to get accessories to make the lock work via wifi and/or using a pin.

What a great lock. Installation was a breeze with the provided instructions. Setting up the fingerprint scanner was seamless. All around great smart lock with awesome features and long battery. Very easy to monitor and operate via the app.

Great product. It is easy to install and set up in the eufy app was a breeze. Having keys as a backup is a must for me. Adding codes for users to keep track of who comes and goes is also a nice feature. It looks really nice too

Very happy with this lock. Set up was very easy and fast, all you need is a screw driver. Less than 10 minutes to set up and about 5 minutes for app set up. I did have the yale for two days and was very disappointed. I was almost turned off to a smart lock because of it. But i gave this eufy one a chance, and im glad i did. The app works flawless. It always connects and works very fast. Setting up different access profiles was very easy and quick. I also like that it uses onw app for their entire security system. I just bought the eufy cam 3 system, and its nice to have it all controlled from one app. Very nice product,, i highly recommend.

Works great.never had an issue and easy to install. Battery lasts longer than I thought it would and even if it needs a recharge, it’s easy to take out battery and place back in without using any tools.

This eufy deadbolt does not disappoint. It works great and I love that the information is locally stored. I also love that I can check the app and make sure the door is locked anytime. Gives that little bit of peace of mind when I’ve rushed out the door.

We’ve had it installed for a few weeks now. Battery life is super impressive. Holds multiple fingerprints. Havent had any issues with unlocking. Installing was super quick. Less than 10 mins to install. Integrates perfectly with our Eufy ecosystem.

Our family has been using this lock for the past month and it has been great! We upgraded from a Kwikset smart lock and the Eufy is better in terms of features. We all are spoiled by using our fingerprint to lock and unlock the door. It’s very easy to use. Install took me 20 minutes. Very easy install. Very satisfied.

Incredibly easy to install. Like the design not to bulky looks nice. Easy to use, biometric seems to work well. Fits nice on our exterior back door. Would definitely recommend.

Had this for just over a month and absolutely loving it so far. I cannot speak towards the longevity or long-term reliability or battery life etc. But as far as the ease of use, it is just tremendous. I am coming from a "Defiant" brand number-style lock, which was an absolute pain in the behind. That thing would not open after repeated trying and would not close after repeated trying. We would have to repeat the codes 2-3 times in order to open or close. No such problems with this one. Plus this one is fingerprint driven which is amazing.
