This is one of the best products that I have gotten in a while. I bought this for my new home to replace what was there. Very easy to set up. I installed it myself while my husband was asleep. It tells you when the door didn’t look correctly or unlock. It is totally great. Technology is awesome.

Very convenient and reliable. Easy to install and configure. Battery last very long. It has a delay for about 3-5 seconds since you put your finger and the device ride it.

Easy to install and easy to connect to wifi. We have been using the eufy Smart Lock for a week and we love it. It has more then ne way to unlock it so that the non technical people have more chances to use. Makes getting in the house faster. I liked the fact that it had 3 inch security screws to make it tougher to break in.

This lock has great battery life and is easy to program and add/delete new users. It has done exactly what was needed!

This is my first smart lock. I wanted a lock that would Integrate with my ring alarm, doing some research found it wouldn’t integrate directly into the ring alarm app. Installation was super easy in the box was individual boxes labeled step-by-step. Straightforward installation installing the lock is the same as installing a traditional lock. From there on just download the app and follow the steps. Fingerprint reader works like a charm you also have the ability of using the key code or physical key. Automatic lock feature works when it wants to. I switched the feature off and created a routine in the Amazon app that detects when my ring alarm door contact is closed and automatically locks the door. Con Eufy promotes Battery Charge life of one year. I have had a lock installed two days shy of three weeks as of today 6/15/21 I had to remove Battery and place it charge.

Great Product, easily installed and works great. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a secure lock that is easy to install. I like that it automatically locks itself after 3 seconds if you forget to lock it.

Overall I love the lock. Waiting to hear back from Customer Service as the fingerprint scanner has stopped working. It is only 3 weeks old. I love the concept. When it worked, it was awesome. I am sure they will replace mine and then it will be 5 stars!!!! Installation was smooth and the quality seems very good.

I LOVE this lock. Game changer! We travel frequently and host guests in our house, and this allows us to offer easy access for guests, family members checking in, and various workers when they need to come by and we can't be there. Touch ID keypad works great and is super convenient, as is the auto-lock feature that automatically locks the door behind you (especially good for forgetful or tech-challenged guests.) The app allows you to also see who's come and gone and when, and it alerts me when the lock is jammed or the battery is low. Install was pretty simple (though we had to have a locksmith come drill out a deadbolt opening on our door, which didn't have one) and removing and recharging the battery has proven really easy too. Four months in, it's been totally reliable and has only needed one recharge. I'm a fan. Would definitely buy again.

It is a very affordable way to get a keyless entry lock and super nice to have different options to open it (fingerprint, entry code and key) We have it for our company and everyone has their fingerprint and code programmed.

This is easy to install and I like having all the unlock options: code, fingerprint, by phone, or key. That said, I still haven't figured out how to "slide" the cover out of the way to use the key. But because I don't intend to use the key, I haven't really explored this. I also wish the code function and fingerprint sensor were a bit quicker. It's not a huge deal, and the product says it will get faster (at least for fingerprint) but the code and lock function seem like it takes a few extra seconds too long. Not a huge deal, and still a great lock.It's also on the pricey side but with wifi built in, it is what it is.

Fantastic! I love everything about it except for the amount of time it takes to unlock. I love the design and its super secure as it has strike plate and reinforcer! Finger print unlock works well too.

This is a great lock. Was in doubt at first, as I was originally considering a different brand. However after having it for several months, I am very satisfied with this. The fingerprint reader is fast, I've only had issues with it when my hands are wet. I will admit that punching in the code sometimes can be troublesome but it could be that we go to fast. However the code is hardly ever used, so not really a big deal. I've been able to give access to my son who forgot his keys, and there is still the capability of using a manual key for those not technologically inclined. Overall very satisfied with this lock.

Get it now! Such and easy install and high quality. I had installed in 10 minutes. It took about another 10 minutes to calibrate the lock mechanism and get all the features set up. It's a heavy piece that should hopefully last for a LONG time!

This lock works perfect for my home and Air bnb! You can seed who is coming in and out along with giving access to maintenance crews when needed! My Janitor key set is officially retired. I have them at home and my office.

This lock is truly great. Fingerprint works everytime except when and if your hands are wet or dirty. Keypad is nice and smooth and have had no issues since installing this over a year ago. Great investment.

I absolutely love this smart lock. It's so convenient for my family. I am able to leave my house keys in my purse & just use my code or fingerprint to lock or unlock the door. Sometimes I use my app before I get out of the vehicle. It's cool being alerted of which person is coming home through the app notification. I've unlocked it from my bed when my husband was close to the door. It also works well with Alexa through a WIFI connection. Installation & set up was pretty easy. This Eufy smart lock has soooo many cool features. It's kind of expensive but worth every single dime that I spent. GET IT!!! You won't be disappointed.

The install was so easy. I watched a YouTube video and was able to install in about 25 mins or less and I am not handy at all. In fact my 9 yr old did the Install after watching a YouTube video. That’s how easy it is. The box is labeled so well as to the process of installation. The product is great and the technology is superb. We tried unlocking and locking the door all the ways it advertised and it worked. If you see it kind of gets confused ( we opened and closed the door probably 100 times cause we were amazed that it felt like we were playing with a new toy) just recalibrate through the phone app and problem fixed. Great product!

Installing device and setting up was easy, process took approximately 30 minutes start to finish, includes everything you will need to complete installation. so far no issues locking/unlocking, even when doing so remotely via app. Love that this device still has keys and a key hole in case battery runs out. App shows lock/unlock history and lock status. Only feature this lock lacks is a camera, but Eufy does offer a slightly more expensive device that does include a camera.
