I love these locks. Love the fingerprint option as well as code. Also, will lock door in-case someone forgets to lock manually. Good security. Purchased over a year and no issues to date. In addition, charges with usb cable.... love it

It is a very affordable way to get a keyless entry lock and super nice to have different options to open it (fingerprint, entry code and key) We have it for our company and everyone has their fingerprint and code programmed.

This lock works perfect for my home and Air bnb! You can seed who is coming in and out along with giving access to maintenance crews when needed! My Janitor key set is officially retired. I have them at home and my office.

Get it now! Such and easy install and high quality. I had installed in 10 minutes. It took about another 10 minutes to calibrate the lock mechanism and get all the features set up. It's a heavy piece that should hopefully last for a LONG time!

5 stars definitely would recommend this to anyone. Very easy to setup literally took about 10 minutes to install. If yall have several people living in your home this is a must have. My kiddos dont have to wait for me to unlock door they can unlock it themselves with fingerprint or code. Or unlock for my parents myslef in the app. Luv, luv luv this lock!!! Worth every penny!

I absolutely love this smart lock. It's so convenient for my family. I am able to leave my house keys in my purse & just use my code or fingerprint to lock or unlock the door. Sometimes I use my app before I get out of the vehicle. It's cool being alerted of which person is coming home through the app notification. I've unlocked it from my bed when my husband was close to the door. It also works well with Alexa through a WIFI connection. Installation & set up was pretty easy. This Eufy smart lock has soooo many cool features. It's kind of expensive but worth every single dime that I spent. GET IT!!! You won't be disappointed.

The install was so easy. I watched a YouTube video and was able to install in about 25 mins or less and I am not handy at all. In fact my 9 yr old did the Install after watching a YouTube video. That’s how easy it is. The box is labeled so well as to the process of installation. The product is great and the technology is superb. We tried unlocking and locking the door all the ways it advertised and it worked. If you see it kind of gets confused ( we opened and closed the door probably 100 times cause we were amazed that it felt like we were playing with a new toy) just recalibrate through the phone app and problem fixed. Great product!

Very useful, you have options to lock the door with a fingerprint, bluetooth connection through app, wifi connection, access code or just your regular key, this version does not have a camera but it still works perfectly. A complete lock for the security of your home like no other, I loved it and I highly recommend it.

5 ways to open, thumbprint, 4 to 8 digit pin code, comes with 5 keys, very user friendly app or remote computer (with proper access), easy install, fairly easy set up. only downside was eury very slow with email needed to set up (cannot set up to phone or wifi without). after installing looked up, 3rd highest on consumer reports! type c phone charge port, can be charged while in lock or very easily removed to charge

Great look and the app works great. I did get locked out once when the system gave me an error message but fortunately, I was able to enter my house through the garage. It may have been a problem with the fingerprint scanner.

Easy to install, easy to use, I use the fingerprint reader and other use the combination, The only issue I have is that the fingerprint reader does not work great when the lock is getting rain on it.

I bought this smart lock when it was on sale for 219.99 for some the price may be a deal breaker, however the peace of mind of knowing I can always check the app to make sure I locked the door and if not being able to lock the door from anywhere is a relief for me. The many different ways to use this are great and each work flawlessly. Set up was a breeze and Eufy did a great job of labeling everything in the box and the steps that follow. The app is very straight forward and easy to use. The only caution I would give someone is if you use the pin method regularly I have noticed you can see fingerprint residue behind and someone can find what numbers you punch in. (they wouldn't know the order though) so I would say use a dust cloth to the keypad every now and then.

I love the new lock, but the fingerprint reading isn't the best. Sometimes it takes a few tries before it will recognize me or my wife's fingerprint.
