    Great product! Took 20 mins to setup from getting out of the box to connecting it to the app and testing, literally! App is very customizable and alerts you to having someone at your door. No remote cloud storage, so no monthly fees. As well, you can access past events and manage them accordingly. Will be buying another for my in-laws

    I wasn't aware of how many features a video doorbell has, once I tried this one I was amazed, first of all the fact that I don't need to pay any fee or subscription is the most reliable thing. The installation is pretty easy if you already have a doorbell connected, you just have to remove it and connect the eufy security wired 2k video doorbell instead. Following the instruction there will be no problem, it has everything you need to connect it right. It has its own storage 32gb which can record up to 5 days continuously and re-record after full, once you download de app you will be able to set up your doorbell from your phone. Using the app you can receive notification if a person is detected and watch it in real time from your phone. The quality of the video is fantastic beside that you can active night mode which looks great too. Sometimes is necessary to keep an eye on your house and having the power to do it from your phone is really amazing, I think it worth the price if we consider how much the security companies can charge. If you're looking for a video doorbell that can let you control it from your phone, this can be a good option I totally recommend it.

    I’ve researched video doorbells for quite a while looking for the right for me. I love the eufy line of security products, so I went with this and chose this Best Buy version as it has continuous recording.

    Extremely disappointed with the Pro best buy exclusive version. Specs looks good on the paper only. Even at highest settings, it detects motion only when you are pressing the doorbell or standing max 2 feet right in front of the doorbell. The new chime looks good asthetically but sounds poorer than the regular/previous version.

      In regards to the issue with the chime, please try to adjust the volume by pressing the volume button on the chime.

      As for the detection issue, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      1.Set the “Motion defection” to be “All motions”
      2.Delete the “Activity Zone” if you have set it.

      1. A picture to show the position where you want to trigger the doorbell.
      2. The exact time point when the doorbell missed to capture the movement. Such as November-23 at 14:00.

    I have had no issues with this video doorbell and it has performed as described, thankfully, since for whatever reason, delivery employees simply refuse to ring the doorbell or knock when making deliveries.

    A friend familiar with cameras etc recommended this item but we are not super happy with it. Set up was easy which was nice. But we are getting many false alerts for moths and a bat or bird. We do not have the field set very broad or very tight so we are not sure why we are getting the false alerts. Especially by a moth flying around at night.

    By far the best in my opinion for a doorbell. I do wish it would integrate with my Blue Iris. It does work with Alexa but has limitations. You can view who is at the door but as of today doesn't allow you to communicate unless your on their application. Great instructions on setup as well.

    I'm not sure about this yet. The resolution is great. The chimes are nice . But twice so far it didn't catch deliveries. Its supposed to get better after a couple of weeks they said. So far it hasn't been put to the test. I really hope it does work out. I also wasn't able to speak to a person at the door. User error? Alexa limitation? I don't know yet.

      On Alexa device, it doesn't support two-way audio at present. It will notify you when it detects movements or someone rings the doorbell. Thanks for your understanding.
