Notification is useless.

Even the person standing in my porch for 2 minutes there was no notification that there was a person. Keep getting car tires as human like 4-5 time a day. Very disappointed. Getting tree branch as human also. Very bad AI. Only get half of the people that walk in and out of the house either notification. Very unreliable. Won’t recommend.

Great Video Doorbell

I had another video doorbell that I bought for security reasons and while it was fine, I didn't like having to pay a subscription to see who was at my door if I missed an alert. What's really nice about the eufy Security Wired Doorbell is that there is no subscription required. The picture quality is amazing and also has night vision. It is smaller than some of the other video doorbells I've seen, which makes it less of an eye sore. Installation was easy enough. One thing I will note is that there isn't a lot of room behind the doorbell backing - for example, I had a lot of extra wire that I couldn't fit behind the eufy Doorbell when I went to install in. The doorbell sits pretty flush to the trim, so you may need to cut some of the wires if you have excess like it did. Another thing to mention, is that the eufy Video Doorbell does not use the wired chime that most houses have. My previous video doorbell was able to wire in and utilize the existing, wired doorbell chime; the eufy Doorbell was not. However, it did come with a plug in chime and you are able to customize the sounds. It is compatible with Alexa, Google, and Apple Home. I connected it to my Alexa. One positive thing is that it doesn't seem as sensitive as my previous video doorbell, as I don't have Alexa telling me "motion at the front door" when a leaf blows by. Overall, I would totally recommend this as it is a great product and easy to install and set up. It has great picture quality, day and night and the 2-way communications is clear and crisp.
