I can’t believe how simple the install was. I’m a normal woman and am not handy and I was able to install this with the directions given and a YouTube video for extra confidence. The video is crystal clear. The recording great! My 9yr has been ringing the doorbell like a toddler :-) It’s amazing technology can make us laugh and have a good time.

I wanted to love this doorbell cam as it’s the only one available from Best Buy that doesn’t require a paid subscription. When the camera works, it’s amazing! The major flaw is a known bug that causes the camera system to literally lock up and the only way to do a hard reset. This means you have to reset it manually either by resetting the power (via breaker) or physically disconnecting the camera then reattaching it. I had the manufacture replace my unit, thinking this was a one off but it happened again with the replacement unit they sent out. Despite extensive troubleshooting, this is a hardware issue. This is particularly concerning because if you are away from your residence and this happens, there is nothing you can do until you return! And the software reset (soft reset) feature is useless when this happens. They will hopefully address this in their next version but until then, I strongly do not recommend this device, due to it being unreliable when it becomes unresponsive. Again, this really sucks because honestly otherwise this is truly an amazing product. Also, I have verified that my wi fi signal is strong to unit, so this does not appear to be a factor and being powered by home’s electric current (which is stable) is also not the issue.

The doorbell camera is very good. It has a great picture. During the day it is in color at night black and white. It is sensitive enough to turn on when a car pulls into the drive, but doesn't turn on for passing cars in the road.

It installed easy enough however, I needed to buy a Wi-Fi extender so that I could use it. The 2K picture is amazing, very clear, very sharp, very good detail.

This an awesome product with a pretty intuitive app. The doorbell video is saved locally and depending on the amount of traffic you are recording you can store up to a weeks recordings before it starts rewriting new video in the storage. It's simple, and can download footage right to your phone.

This is all i need. Alerts my phone quick. App opens quick. Has 32bg internal memory. 2k picture. NO FEES! Perfect. If you want.You can add monitoring and cloud services. But,not required. Really like this!

Great product, we don't need pay subscription on this every month. It has some delay for the motion detection, I always missed some delivery recording.

Easy to install and set up. The plug in wall unit needs line of sight to the front door. And the existing doorbell jumper wire is a little confusing. Just take your time and follow the directions. Mine operates perfectly and I’m glad that I bought it.

This doorbell works ok . The chime keeps going off to the point that I’m using it without the chime. Eufy really needs to fix that.

It works pretty well. The app loads the live video pretty quick. My only complaint might be that there is a 2-second delay between what is happening and what you are seeing, this goes for the mic and talking to the person at your door as well. The video also looks a little choppy sometimes, and you cant really make out the details int he distance, but it might be the preview in the app versus the actual video recorded. ALl this still is a little price to pay to be able to record video without paying a subscription.

Purchased this to replace my Ring 2 and it did not disappoint. The video and voice clarity is superb along with it's connection time. The ring is instantaneous and asoect ratio of the video is way better or better suited for my needs.

Great video doorbell with 2k resolution and no subscription needed. Great being able to know and see when people are at the door wether home or not. Plus seeing packages and knowing people are less likely to steal with a carmera watching.

Works well, decent video. Recommend, good quality for the price.
