I like the way it looks and shows on the APP, BUT it takes a long time to open the video to see who's there. decrypting

Works great as long as the wi-fi doesn't get interrupted. The internal storage is nice as I did not want to have to pay for a cloud storage service. Also being able to utilize the existing doorbell power was a driver for me so I wouldn't have to recharge batteries.

I already have the eufy outdoor cameras adding the doorbell camera was a plus. Now I can see who's at my door and I don't have to pay a monthly or yearly fee.

This works really well. Having the second camera makes all of the difference in the world compared to the 2K model.

Easy setup and easy to use. Notifications on app for visitors and package delivery are great. Bought some magnets to hang on iron gate. Makes for easy removal to recharge battery.

This doorbell i though it will be a good option to change from Ring doorbell, base on ppl reviews, but i regret doing that. Ring doorbell is 100% better, cheaper and reliable. Issues i see with this eufy e340 doorbell. Delayed event notifications for several seconds, frequently undetected events, sometimes i walk in front of it and no detection, sometimes i receive event notifications of nothing in front of my door, battery life is horrible, you will need to set to a minimum standards almost like having no motion doorbell installed in order to get decent battery life. In order to get event notifications a few seconds faster. they recommend to buy an expensive useless homebase with 10gb on board, so you will need to buy an extra SSD hard drive. But all this money spent will give you the same horrible result of Delayed for around 30+ seconds notification event sometimes. Also don't buy cheaper generic extra battery, it won't work, they also will make you pay $40+tax for extra battery. All this installed in my home with excellent wifi 6 and Internet speed, router and homebase located no more that 12 feet from doorbell, and doorbell installed in the same location where was the Ring doorbell installed and i had 0 issues. Trust my review and don't waste ur money.

This one is miles better than the previous google one we had. The app is more responsive as well.

Eufy is underrated. I switched the whole home to this. We love it snd its better than other products we have used.

Love the security of seeing who’s at my door without opening the door and being able to speak with the person through the doorbell is a plus!!

Keeps us aware of what's outside our front door and the vehicles parked on the street in front of our house. Recognizes regular delivery persons by name with its face recognition capabilities.

This is a great addition to the Eufy security cameras we already installed on the house.

So far so good. Haven't gone through every feature, but it does what I want and no cloud services.
