Great doorbell cam

I also love that it doesn't need a hub or a cloud subscription. My only complaint is that it doesn't give notifications to Google Nest Hub, only Alexa. Luckily I have both.

It takes a lot of anxiety off from constantly checking the porch for possible packages. Porch pirates suck. This tells and shows me when I get a delivery.

The internal storage is nice as I did not want to have to pay for a cloud storage service. Also being able to utilize the existing doorbell power was a driver for me so I wouldn't have to recharge batteries.

Like camera, terrible support

Starting with video cameras before security cameras. Started with Eufy. Impressive pic quality. Terrible tech support. 800 number gives u email address & hangs up. Email address takes 24hr for a response. Can't get my issues, questions answered. No support. Giving up on them.
