Very happy with this camera. All of the Eufy security products are performing well. I would highly recommend Eufy products, especially after having a monitored system for many years and having dealt with enough false alarms to pull the plug and move on to Eufy.

It's ok, I'm coming from the Wyze Pro Doorbell that only lasted less than a year... So far so good, easy to install and connect to current Alexa Home setup... with no subscription!

I would not recommend this. Unreliable and the app constantly glitches. You will need to buy another battery because it drains fast with the motion monitoring.

Excellent video quality and audio. Battery lasts a very long time. Not having to pay for a monthly subscription to store and view videos is the kicker that made me choose Eufy. We will be buying the 4 camera system with local hard drive soon.

It was a bit more expensive than some other cameras but having the extra camera was worth it and they even price matched when I found it cheaper somewhere else.

I have had great experiences with this product. Would make a great gift for someone in your family.

Very clear video and great for seeing what’s delivered to your door or anything else going on around the house area it’s in.

I have slowly been migrating all my cameras to Eufy. This doorbell blows the Ring out of the water. First off no subscription needed is a huge plus. The cameras are clear and having the bottom camera to be able to see packages is the way to go!

Economically efficient with ability to use battery power and not beholden to subscription, however video, thumbnail storage and sharing not as good as Ring competitor. Best Buy Geek Squad installation process change will prevent future purchases

Very good clarity on this door camera and the package camera works well also. Sensitivity is good for motion even from the street if you turn up the sensitivity.

This doorbell is feature packed. I replaced a doorbell that kept giving me constant failures and wont remain online. Wifi signal is excellent. 0 issues. Excellent color night vision

I bought this to replace my Ring Doorbell Pro 2 mostly for the dual camera to see packages. While this was neat, the doorbell is slow compared to the Ring. Sometimes it wouldn’t even tell me there was someone at my door nor would it see packages left at the door. Notifications were slow or nonexistent even with my eufy homebase. The idea of two cameras is wonderful and it is something I wish Ring would adopt, but overall the notifications and use of the app are a bit frustrating. Overall this doorbell is okay. I did return the eufy doorbell back to Best Buy and reinstalled my Ring Doorbell Pro 2. While I would recommend this doorbell camera, there are better options.

The dual cam option for package tracking is, at first difficult to get used to, phenomenal at tracking your packages being delivered and deterring thieves by automatically responding to potential porch pirates. Switched from an Arlo doorbell and this is 10x better.
