All of the Eufy security products are performing well. I would highly recommend Eufy products, especially after having a monitored system for many years and having dealt with enough false alarms to pull the plug and move on to Eufy.

Software is not perfect but definitely reliable in creating, accessing and storing recordings. Bit rate for the recordings is a bit crushed but downloading onto device clears that up for obvious reason. Streaming a 4k recording clip will take some time. It's a smart software decision. I've the confidence to invest in the Eufy ecosystem.

The only complaint we have is sometimes it picks up our Nutcracker on our porch as a person, but it’s kind of not wrong.
