No HomeKit support

I even tried the home bridge plugin, but this doorbell is too new and there is no support for it yet.

Overpriced glitchy and laggy doorbell

The biggest issue is that that the motion detection is erratic at best. It works about 30% of the time. Will alert me to someone walking on the sidewalk but not someone coming to my door. Have come home multiple times to packages left on my door with no alert. Second, the app is terrible. It's horribly slow and laggy. The amount of time it takes to even review an event or get to the live stream, makes the whole point of this doorbell irrelevant. I have to constantly refresh the app over and over to get it to show me what just happened or what's currently happening. The app is also bloated with tons of ads, and the "smart" portion of the app that controls the "mode" it's in (home, away, etc) is basically worthless as it doesn't seem to change how the camera reads or reacts to anything. Third, the battery life is horrendous. It takes forever to fully charge, and then only lasts about two weeks before it's completely drained. Definitely returning. FYI, I am running the app on a Samsung S20, I have a strong 100mbps wifi connection, I have all permissions given to the app in my phone including nonstop background battery and data permissions, and I have reset the video doorbell multiple times in the hopes it is a bug. It is not. This product is just junk.

Game changer door bell

Has two cameras and automatic response and package detection. Also battery or wire door bell. I had ring for 4 years and had to cancel my subscription. With the eufy door bell got build in 8g memory or you can connect to home base drive. No more paying for having a camera. I highly recommend.

There's better options

The fact that it has a spot light, high def recording and even dual cameras is all a huge plus. The downfalls lie in the poor battery performance. With moderate motion, I have to replace mine every 3 weeks. Where-as with my google nest, I charged nearly every 2-3 months with the same motion if not more. The other thing that lacks is wifi stability. The doorbell will for no reason go offline. I was in back to back emails with Eufy support before I threw up the white flag because they couldn't even figure out what was wrong with it. I returned it to Best Buy and got a replacement thinking the first one I got was a dud. This replacement does the same exact thing, which means it has to do with the camera itself. My home wifi is not the issue as I have other Eufy cameras outdoors and they all show strong signal and are 4x further from the wifi than this doorbell is. So it all comes down to poor software or possibly hardware in this doorbell camera. Definitely something Eufy should be looking in too as I've seen I'm not the only one with this issue. Seems Eufy does not care, otherwise they would have fixed something by now.

NO FEES

Its FEE FREE no monthly subscription like the other ones. I have not had one problem with this door camera work like a charm to me. Do your self a favor and buy it.

Easy setup with existing Eufy system

Easily integrated to my home security system. Some issues with power management but a quick software update fixed it right away.

Excellent doorbell camera

Notification is great with minimum delay. It has AI capability that allows it to determine whether the object is vehicle, pet, or human. You can even enable it to tell who’s visiting.

Great video and audio.

Mine is has the battery back up, but is wired in to the existing doorbell wire and connected to the homebase 3 for video recording (24/7).

Eufy Doorbell

This camera has settings that notify you for packages and people. I was able to connect to google home and with alexa. I get notifications for motion as well and has a two way microphone which allows me to talk to whoever is at the door. I gotta say this doorbell is better then google! I highly recommend the Eufy. Oh yea cant forget the face recognition!
