    Great quality and clarity of the 2 cameras also can pick up great audio. Mine is has the battery back up, but is wired in to the existing doorbell wire and connected to the homebase 3 for video recording (24/7).

    Hello. I would have to rate my new doorbell a 10. This camera has settings that notify you for packages and people. I was able to connect to google home and with alexa. I get notifications for motion as well and has a two way microphone which allows me to talk to whoever is at the door. I gotta say this doorbell is better then google! I highly recommend the Eufy. Oh yea cant forget the face recognition!

    This works great! Clear pictures and video. It takes a lot of anxiety off from constantly checking the porch for possible packages. Porch pirates suck. This tells and shows me when I get a delivery.

  • 2 Big Issues Cold Weather and Mount

    First the mount broke when attaching. The piece is too brittle and made of plastic. Now it won’t stay in place without falling out. Second it is winter and temps dropped to 10 deg F. for 2 days and the whole thing stopped working and not connected to Home Base or recording. I had to unmount from hardwire and hard reset once warmer to work again. Otherwise i like it.

    I used to have the Arlo Secure doorbell camera, and I hated it. I am so glad i switched over to Eufy! Installation was extremely easy, I love the AI facial recognition and the clarity. The split screen for package delivery is awesome! Notification when package was delivered, and also if picked up. No fees! Already looking at the next Eufy product!
