    These are complete junk. I’ve spent a lot of money on them and expect more then this. They miss almost all deliveries or by chance if they do catch one it starts recording as the delivery truck is driving off. I’ve had many package deliveries and haven’t received a single notification that their was someone at my door. Then I randomly get a notification that their was a package delivered but it missed the entire delivery. My son stopped over while we were gone and it never went off when he arrived and it didn’t go off when he left. I purchased the mini chime and a brand new micro SD card for another $70 and it won’t format. And then there’s the batteries that barely last 2 weeks. I don’t know how it can go through batteries when it doesn’t ever record anything. I could buy more batteries for another $40 but I think it’s time to cut my losses. The sad thing is that I actually did some research before I invested all this money into these. They are completely worthless and I would definitely not recommend.

    Camera is good and the package. But there are cases where it wasnt able to detect the person. Also, it doesnt work with mg mechanical doorbell even tho blink doorbell works flawlessly with it. So be sure to prepare money to buy their chimes as well

    Well, not as many features as Ring. Not as compatible as Ring with Alexa. Not as fast as Ring. I went back to Ring. Doesn’t have the need to subscribe for full features paid for. Guess I’ll pay Ring for services.

    This thing is Terrible!!!! I read lots of reviews on this doorbell. 95% of them were very very good. I have had a terrible experience with this thing! I have the doorbell sensitivity all the way down and to detect only human and package detection yet it still goes of every time a car goes by. It even got stuck in an endless loop of telling me a package was delivered and then telling me the package was picked up. I received almost 80 notifications of this one in just a few minutes even after I picked up my package. I was forced to take it down and not put them back up because it is too much of a distraction. And the battery life is horrible! I wasted my money buying 2 of these, don't buy this!!!!!

    There's better options

    First off, I truly love this device. The fact that it has a spot light, high def recording and even dual cameras is all a huge plus. The downfalls lie in the poor battery performance. With moderate motion, I have to replace mine every 3 weeks. Where-as with my google nest, I charged nearly every 2-3 months with the same motion if not more. The other thing that lacks is wifi stability. The doorbell will for no reason go offline. I was in back to back emails with Eufy support before I threw up the white flag because they couldn't even figure out what was wrong with it. I returned it to Best Buy and got a replacement thinking the first one I got was a dud. This replacement does the same exact thing, which means it has to do with the camera itself. My home wifi is not the issue as I have other Eufy cameras outdoors and they all show strong signal and are 4x further from the wifi than this doorbell is. So it all comes down to poor software or possibly hardware in this doorbell camera. Definitely something Eufy should be looking in too as I've seen I'm not the only one with this issue. Seems Eufy does not care, otherwise they would have fixed something by now.

    We were looking for a camera system that doesn't require a monthly subscription fee.This camera is so easy to set up and so easy to use the app with no monthly subscription!!!The clarity of the camera is amazing.
