    My Ring is better

    I originally had a Ring Camera but decided I want something without a subscription plan. I made a mistake. In comparison to my Ring camera, this camera is slow, misses lots of motion, especially at night, and the app is just not as user friendly as Ring. This camera can only store so much video and its really hard to sort through all the footage you have. Everytime you open a video on your phone there is a 5 second pop up saying it is encrypting the video. Everytime there was motion at my door and I would click the notification, that already came through super delayed, it would then take a long time to get the video up to see the current motion. Ring has and endless slider of all videos on one screen. You can just keep sliding the slider through all the past videos right on one screen, and its nearly instant, takes no time to load the videos. I ended up returning this and buying an even better Ring device after realizing how much better it truly is. Im ok with paying a small fee every month for lots of storage, a user friendly smooth app, and all the little things that come with it. Plus I'm able to connect them to my Amazon Echo dots and get notifications when someone is ringing my doorbell. I was just not satisfied.

    It works fine enough to tell if someone’s at your front door and you can see who they are, but it’s not my favorite..

    Upgrading home's technology. Starting with video cameras before security cameras. Started with Eufy. Impressive pic quality. Terrible tech support. 800 number gives u email address & hangs up. Email address takes 24hr for a response. Can't get my issues, questions answered. No support. Giving up on them.

    Very high quality image. I like the dual camera aspect but it does take away a bit from the continuous image. Missed a lot of events and battery life wasnt the greatest. Already moved on to a different product.

    Pretty happy, great features, some confusion

    The install was pretty easy, and setup with the app wasn't difficult, but the instructions for wired vs battery, were not very clear in the app. Nor is it clear if the device is wired or battery.

    Bought entire Eufy system. Love this and added a solar panel to it so I never have to charge it.

    These are complete junk. I’ve spent a lot of money on them and expect more then this. They miss almost all deliveries or by chance if they do catch one it starts recording as the delivery truck is driving off. I’ve had many package deliveries and haven’t received a single notification that their was someone at my door. Then I randomly get a notification that their was a package delivered but it missed the entire delivery. My son stopped over while we were gone and it never went off when he arrived and it didn’t go off when he left. I purchased the mini chime and a brand new micro SD card for another $70 and it won’t format. And then there’s the batteries that barely last 2 weeks. I don’t know how it can go through batteries when it doesn’t ever record anything. I could buy more batteries for another $40 but I think it’s time to cut my losses. The sad thing is that I actually did some research before I invested all this money into these. They are completely worthless and I would definitely not recommend.
