A great product RUINED because it's annoying

Video quality is superior to the RING PRO, easier to set up, no fees to get full features. What's not to like? IT'S ANNOYING THE DAYLIGHTS outta me! What are they thinking needing to have 3, 4, even 5 alerts all in a row just because it saw a person! In so many ways this is a superior product to WYZE and RING. But, because it's so annoying (and difficult to silence) it will likely be boxed up and brought back to my Best Buy store. I just can't live with the constant alerts

Dual camera is great but somewhat disappointing
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have experience with several different Eufy cameras, including an earlier doorbell models and believe they are an excellent addition to the security of your home. Earlier cameras have helped to demonstrate to local police property intruders as well as providing a clear photo of a known burglary suspect who turned away after seeing the camera and was later found to have others stolen goods at his girlfriend’s house. The earlier dual camera model I purchased was an S330 and this unit is very similar. It is slightly lighter and thinner but continues to be larger and less attractive than a small ornamental electric doorbell. The pairing and network attachment was quite easy and involves a clever QR code to register the unit with the app and a QR screen code which transfers your Wi-Fi password to the unit via one of the included cameras. The main camera has a large field of view, and will show the torso and face of someone approaching, and the second camera pointing inferiority basically showing your doormat and can visualized most packages and sometimes even read large text on the packages after they have been left at a doorstep. There is built in an Eye, which. the split camera very conveniently aims in fairly and can visualized most packages and sometimes even read large text. There is built in AI which is correct perhaps 80% of the time and will recognize a package being left or picked up or a human. This unit can be attached to your DC existing wiring for a doorbell and ring an inside ringer or can be used exclusively through the app. Know that even if you do have available wires, the angle and placement may not be ideal to visualize both the approaching person and the doormat packages. I have noticed two differences with this unit compared my existing S330 model - the fringe Wi-Fi reception and transmission appears inferior on the new model, and the video quality is slightly less on the new model. I am not sure if this will be affected by a future firmware update, but I did update the firmware as of the end of October 2023. The app is very good and as you are not forced to a cloud storage plan, these cameras can be less expensive than some competitors over the long run. Note that if your information is stored locally either on the camera or on an additional purchase homebase there is always slightly less responsiveness when pulling up a desired video as the apps must pull the data.

Well worth the money

You no longer have to wonder about packages dropped at your door because you can see activity on the dual camera.

Best Doorbell Yet!!!!

The customer service is amazing—they’re extremely responsive and truly honor their warranty. After getting rid of my Ring and switching to this one, I’m now considering replacing all my Ring devices with Eufy, specially if i can get rid of monthly payments.

eufi duel camera door bell
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The main camera shows the picture very dark,but bottom camera is fine.Tried contacting the customer service because I don't want to take it out and don't want to return.Nobody answered the call ,nobody called back.Send email ,explain everything thing,they ask for purchase receipt and proof of purchase.Sent everything.Still asking for more documents.I have only the receipt snd sent the copy to them.NowI am going to return the item,don't recommend eufi,,customer service is very bad.

Works until it doesn't

At that point you could not erase the card, even though the application said it was erasing the card. No longer saves files after the day rollover, and sometimes doesn't save any video. No help from support.
