The internet connection would never stay on when I was using other electronics. The doorbell was less than 10 feet from my modem. It was always offline. I should have purchased a different brand and paid the monthly service.

Not worth

Doesnt work and they dont care

Customer service was non-existant as they 'wait for engineers to look at it' and then the engineers say its not compatible with my system.

I like the dual camera aspect but it does take away a bit from the continuous image. Missed a lot of events and battery life wasnt the greatest. Already moved on to a different product.

Cannot connect WiFi

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got one from a friend but could not get it to work with my WiFi, even though I searched online and found that a common issue is connecting with 2.4 ghz instead of 5 ghz. So I set it up with my router but still could not connect. So I came to BestBuy and bought a new one thinking the one I got from my friend might be faulty. But no, the new one could not connect either. Terrible. I tried another one from a different brand also connecting with 2.4ghz which worked flawlessly. Buyers be aware.
