eufi duel camera door bell
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The main camera shows the picture very dark,but bottom camera is fine.Tried contacting the customer service because I don't want to take it out and don't want to return.Nobody answered the call ,nobody called back.Send email ,explain everything thing,they ask for purchase receipt and proof of purchase.Sent everything.Still asking for more documents.I have only the receipt snd sent the copy to them.NowI am going to return the item,don't recommend eufi,,customer service is very bad.

Worked fine for 12 months

Works until it doesn't
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked fine for a year until the interval memory card filled up. At that point you could not erase the card, even though the application said it was erasing the card. No longer saves files after the day rollover, and sometimes doesn't save any video. No help from support.
