Best doorbell security I’m in love with it sense I brought it I would recommend to my neighbors and friends & definitely my family I did bought 2 more for my family for Christmas and they are in love with the doorbell security and has a excellent Video quality for the main cam and package cam and very easy to install and Too set it up in the app

This is a very nice video doorbell with a dual camera so that one can see not just the person ringing the doorbell but also the floor of the stoop where a delivery service might leave a package without ringing the doorbell. The camera also picks up human beings walking up the driveway but fortunately not people on the sidewalk.

The setup is straightforward, the video quality is clear, and the battery life is impressive. I highly recommend it, and I am very pleased with the application.

Pretty good, a lot better than Ring. Bought this to replace a ring after they made you start buying the ring chimes and disabling your existing one, too greedy so bye Ring hello Eufy. My favorite feature is that it works with my existing chime so not required to buy additional equipment or disable my existing chime. I like the dual camera. Only complaint is that mine gets too hot during the summer months even though it stays below the recommended operating temperatures I still get warnings that its overheating and have to cover it up so its not usable sometimes in the summer afternoons. There should be warnings about this so people in hotter climates will know to watch out for this issue and look for something more weather resistant. Sometimes it is really slow pulling up the live view.

The camera is easy to set up and the picture is clear to see. Especially like the lower package angle where you see where the delivery driver put your packages! Plus no subscription fee!

Went from an Arlo door bell to this. One thing I can truly say, a massive upgrade. Let's just start with the camera. Outstanding quality. The doormat camera for packages is great. Motion recognition actually functions correctly. Ended up replaced all our Arlo cams at home with Eufy because of how much we liked this doorbell. The local storage is wonderful, you don't need a sub to use the stuff with a homebase. The Eufy software is outstanding as well. I think that's my favorite part of the purchase. Compared to order brands we've tried, it's fast and functional as it should be. I currently use an A340, 2x S3 Pro and a S380 homebase. Setup is seamless and easy, I truly believe all the issues I read with Eufy simply come down to the quality of wifi. We use an Orbi mesh and have zero issues with the product..

Follow the instructions based on how you have this camera installed. I thought I knew what I was doing. Yes, the camera worked with no issues from the initial installation. I had the attitude, I know how these are installed. After about a week, I had to go back to correct the installation due to how I had it setup with the app and the homebase3. Today, it works seamlessly without any issues. I love the package camera, the package protection mode, and the package picked up notification. At this moment, only because I haven't delved into research, why don't the top spotlight come on at night when someone walks up to the door? The bottom spotlight comes on immediately. I may research it this week. The clarity is superb. I did notice one small issue that I want to recreate the scenario again. There is a delay when speaking through the app when someone is at your doorbell. I was at work and noticed a 5-7 seconds delay in my response time. I could hear the visitor immediately, my response was delayed longer than expected. Other than that, this doorbell camera is spot on.

Install (wired) wasn’t too bad…but had a few challenges. Response time is good, no monthly fees (main reason I bought it) and I do like having the down facing camera to see packages better. Attempting to set zones to prevent unnecessary motion triggers works just okay. Still get a decent amount of false recordings when someone triggers it from pretty far away. I do recommend if you’re looking to stop monthly subscriptions and have a well working doorbell camera.

I like it works great I have no reason to dislike it I love the two cameras on it so I can see packages at the same time to see the top camera

The video quality is excellent — clear even at night! The motion detection is fast and accurate, and the two-way audio works perfectly when I’m not home. Installation was easy, and the app notifications are super reliable. I love being able to check who’s at my door anytime. Another great Eufy product!

These doorbells are pretty cool. Cameras (two of them) on each unit work well and have a good image. I really like that there are 2 cameras (one pointing straight out and another pointing down to track packages left around the door). Works well, easy to set up, and easy to use. Bought several of these and all work well.

I gave the Eufy front camera four stars because, while it works well overall, the notifications aren’t always immediate. Sometimes there’s a delay of about a minute before you’re alerted to what’s happening at your door, which can make it harder to react quickly. Aside from that, the camera performs great. The image quality is clear and sharp, audio is good enough to hear conversations, and saving videos is easy and convenient. It’s a solid option with good features, just room for improvement in notification speed.

Excellent doorbell product. Easy to install and easy to use. The picture is clear the audio is very clear also. Has the added feature of lighting up when movement is detected.

Package camera works great; it lets us know when it's been delivered AND when it's been picked up. We live on a busy street with sidewalk. The camera app allowed us to easily customize its trigger range by dragging an adjustable multipoint sense field to eliminate false alarms. Love not having to pay for video storage. Set-up took a few tries to get the initialization sequencing correct; instructions were not that clear.

This is my first video doorbell and after doing some research, I chose this one because of a few features: 1. It doesn’t require a monthly subscription. Many of the other brands out there require a monthly fee to view your videos as they are stored in the cloud. This one stores it locally with its built in storage, so no monthly fee. If you want more storage, you can also purchase a home base which allows you to add expandable storage. So far, I haven’t needed that. 2. It has 2 cameras, one points forward so you can see anyone at your front door and beyond. Another points down where your packages usually are. 3. It works with my existing home chime. I don’t want a doorbell that I could only hear on my phone or on a chime plugged into my wall somewhere. This model which has a battery but is also hardwired works with all of those and my home chime when hardwired. Also, it syncs with Alexa so my Alexa will announce when someone is at the door. My only complaint is with the app. For some reason, I’m not able to change the time stamps on the video clips and they are not set to my time zone. So the times are off. But I don’t really care about that, so it’s a minor issue and since it’s an issue with the app, it could easily be fixed with an update. Hopefully that’ll happen soon. I recommend this doorbell!

Live my new eufy door bell was able to connect with my camera’s system. Very easy to install and love the double camera on it.

Runs circles round a RING doorbell. Connects easier, good battery life. Double camera to see the doormat and the person. Lets you know when packages were delivered and when picked up.

The quality of the photos is excellent. It was extremely easy to set up, comes with a wedge, No false alerts that someone is at the door. I love the fact that it has the second camera to watch packages as I have 2 stolen in recent months. I also like the 2-way communications when someone si at the door. Just a great puchase

I had recently moved to a new house and had a ring for the last 10 years at my old house. I decided to try the eufy because I had heard the video quality was better. The dual cameras with the package detection is amazing. With the ring most times I couldn’t see if someone at home picked up the package. Huge bonus I don’t have to pay a monthly fee as it saves videos to the chime with a sd card. Definitely worth it and would buy again
