We have been satisfied with this product and have not had any issues with the camera or the app.

This is my 2nd video doorbell since the Google/Nest doorbell battery was terrible. Barely lasted 2 weeks though my front door activity is relatively low. I've used this Eufy doorbell for about a month now, and I still have 92% of battery left. Outstanding. And the video quality is good as well.

The doorbell functionality works great. It rings my mechanical chime, as advertised. Great picture quality from the dual cameras. Mobile notifications come in quick. The physical doorbell itself is huge. Seems much larger than other smart doorbells. Android app UI has tell-tale signs that it was created by people that don't speak English as their primary language. Live view is a bit slow to load. Otherwise, it's been great!

Decided to upgrade my smart doorbell from the google nest 1st gen doorbell to Eufy since I am already in the Eufy ecosystem. Huge upgrade in video quality and it does all the same things like face recognition and package alerts, and theres no subscription unlike nest aware. Highly recommend!

Great quality 4k. Audio come out nice and clear. Easy to install. Easy setup in the app.

Was excited to use this product. However after less than a month, it just died. It is a battery installed by Best Buy. Battery seems to be defective. Worked perfectly for 2 weeks. Then had to recharge it. Worked for a week and dead battery. Now won’t turn on at all Will bring it back for a battery replacement. Hope that it works, because I really like this product

Great door bell. I like how it rigs on my alexa devices and show a video on my echo. Also how I can answer and talk to.people from my cell phone even when I am at work. This has been useful to let people in my house when not home. Also. No monthly fee is even better.

absolutely great video door camera. Comes with all the bells and whistles. Very well made. Very easy to work with especially for a guy like me who is not tech savvy at all.

Worked great from the start and is still working great. Much better than other brands that I have had.

It’s very simple to install. The recording quality is good. Is not 4k quality but is good. Everything stay recorded in the doorbell storage. The app gives you access to pretty much everything you need and is all FREE. In my opinion I rather pay for this door bell camera than the other competitors who have subscription in order to get the same access.

This is an excellent doorbell camera. With the two cameras, you are able to see your packages when they are delivered and the camera can monitor the packages until you get them. Night color is good and the lights will light the area nicely. You can never go wrong with Eufy products.

Excellent video quality and audio. Battery lasts a very long time. Not having to pay for a monthly subscription to store and view videos is the kicker that made me choose Eufy. We will be buying the 4 camera system with local hard drive soon.

Great camera and video quality. Feature rich addition to the rest of the security system deployed with a Base. It would be great if there was more options on the device configuration based on intended usage for the additional device.

One of the better products when it comes to door cameras literally took me five minutes to install and two minutes to set up on my phone

Absolutely love this doorbell camera. Works fantastic and the video quality is excellent. Love the no monthly fee to use it. Setup was easy overall although some of the instructions were vague and left a bit to be desired. All in all, I had the camera wired up and installed in about 30 minutes.

Very good doorbell works great for deliveries and get alerted very quickly. Once the delivery has been made and it has been picked up as well. Very clear image and great night vision with spotlight Wood highly recommend any doorbell.
