This product was easy to set up and easier to install. Connecting to the eufy home base was easy and simple and now I can access the video on my phone any time I'm away.

The quality of the video is great,im using the battery mode ,so far i have 10 days with out charging, i would recommended

Great product, clear picture, easy to navigate and figure out

1000% get this one. It has a dedicated bottom delivery camera. The settings are amazing. You can even select areas for the camera to ignore in its view, or the areas you’d like to focus on the most. Clarity is amazing. There’s AI built in that helps identify people, if you care. It alerts you when a box has been delivered AND when it’s been picked up. It knows the difference. Local storage without a monthly fee!! I’ve owned a good version. This is king. Just get an additional battery. They take a bit to charge and if you select “highly sensitive” for the camera to kick on, it’ll last 2-3weeks at best.

This is an improvement over the previous, it's nice to see the entire doorstep for packages. You cannot use the old frame for installing, this one is taller and skinnier. Sadly, the screws are junk, the phillips strips out easily, so we used a thicker, larger head screw that would fit. It also came with a small wedge in case one needs to angle the unit. It synced with the HB2, we're still considering whether to switch to the HB3. Yet to be seen if the upper "keyhole" for detaching will be a good idea, it's easier, but I worry about damp drips. We'll see how it performs now that it's installed. It looks like there is an easy spare battery swap, hopefully BB will sell that part soon. Looks like this will work well with the wi-fi stand alone S340 dual camera for covering our front/garage/driveway.

This security doorbell has mostly worked great. The picture quality is excellent. Sometimes it tells me there is a package when there is not, but it hasn't missed one when there is. Sound quality is good.

It serves the purpose but it alarms even when there is nothing to see. I like the audio is captured and the video is good quality. You don't have to buy a subscription with this model.

This camera has a double camera that tracks when a package is place and when it is picked up. Easy to install

Easy setup and easy to use. Notifications on app for visitors and package delivery are great. Bought some magnets to hang on iron gate. Makes for easy removal to recharge battery.

Very quality product very easy to install and use on app

I upgraded from a previous product from Euphy and it is a noticeable improvement. I would recommend this product!

Fantastic as no more subscription and i love the second camera for packages and my dog knocking at the door. Video and sound is amazing. This joins my other outside eufy cameras and most of all no more stupid subscription.

I like that there is no monthly subsciption fee. The video quality is amazing. The APP could use some improvement but the hardware is great

Easy to install and has all of the parts needed to make the unit installation easy. It can be installed where the existing door bell is and easy to program.
