Good visual. Like the angle adjustment. Setup not the easiest.

We replaced our Ring doorbell as they charge monthly and this eufy is truly free when you're ok to store your videos locally. We got the HomeBase 3 to store all devices in one place. The 2nd packet camera works great to allow us to see where the packet is dropped and also the option to have a custom message to play when someone approaches the packet while it is sitting there is great to deter people. So far, I am very impressed by eufy.

Easy to install. Really liked the double cam feature for packages. App has worked perfectly. Just once, the Package Guardian started sending several notifications (under very low light) saying "package was delivered" and immediately other saying "package was picked up". But the package was there just sitting.

[Employee of bestbuy] Finally, ditched Arlo after they started requiring a subscription. It makes no sense to pay for a product and then to continue having to pay for it for years once you've purchased it. Not only is it an upgrade in quality, it also requires no monthly subscription. I am currently transitioning slowly, and only have two cameras so far. I am impressed to say the least. This doorbell camera includes a camera at your feet to detect packages. I use it to make sure our cats don't get out. Great camera

I have used a lot of eufy products and I keep being blown away by the built quality and the customer service to back up their products. Eufy holds a very niche place in the smart home world, they are not budget like the blink or the other cheaper alternatives and they are not in the upper echelon of all the other premium devices. This however punches above its price tag. This is basically how you get all the bells and whistles on a budget with no monthly membership dues. I recommend this 100%

These doorbells are pretty cool. Cameras (two of them) on each unit work well and have a good image. I really like that there are 2 cameras (one pointing straight out and another pointing down to track packages left around the door). Works well, easy to set up, and easy to use. Bought several of these and all work well.

Don’t miss my old nest door bell camera, this is so much better and no subscription needed!

Good with xtra packets tracking. Older home so don’t have voltage at the door so just using batteries. It doors drain quite fast so I have an xtra battery to trade anytime. I did not like the all in one camera and lock combined as that then is obstructed by the screen door. For me separate lock and doorbell camera was better. Also means two batteries. The all in one will have higher battery demand.

Excellent video quality and audio. Battery lasts a very long time. Not having to pay for a monthly subscription to store and view videos is the kicker that made me choose Eufy. We will be buying the 4 camera system with local hard drive soon.

Very good doorbell works great for deliveries and get alerted very quickly. Once the delivery has been made and it has been picked up as well. Very clear image and great night vision with spotlight Wood highly recommend any doorbell.

love everything eufy. this was my first one. I upgraded to the finger print version and love it even more. EUFY IS THE BEST SO BUY IT ALREADY

Very easy to setup. Good picture. Really like the package camera. I wish the face recognition would silence alerts for known people. Also having a hard time dialing in the motion sensitive zones. But overall pleased.

Doorbell is easy to setup and maintain. Battery last a long time before charging needed

The doorbell functionality works great. It rings my mechanical chime, as advertised. Great picture quality from the dual cameras. Mobile notifications come in quick. The physical doorbell itself is huge. Seems much larger than other smart doorbells. Android app UI has tell-tale signs that it was created by people that don't speak English as their primary language. Live view is a bit slow to load. Otherwise, it's been great!

The camera was easy to install and use. The video and picture quality are good.

Would not connect. Changed wifi settings, reset my router and spoke to customer service. My wifi app said the doorbell was connected but the doorbell disagreed. Geek Squad wanted to charge me more than I paid for the doorbell to come install and connect it. Exchanged it for a different doorbell.

I’ve had it for a year now and the product is great! Would definitely recommend to a friend. No subscription needed! The app is very user friendly and it stores the videos in the cloud. Doesn’t take long to charge and the battery last long. Only downfall is the Camera sometimes can’t withstand this heat wave were experiencing.
