Weezer returns to roots
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This album is a return to the beginning - producer Rik Ocasek also did the first album - and contains the tuneful, quirky rockers that remind me of that album.

Not their best CD
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's no Pinkerton but there are some okay tracks on this one. The British are Coming is pretty solid so is Back to the Shack. Not bad if you can find a deal.

It's OK Weezer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been a big Weezer fan for a long time and this album is just OK. It took a while for this album to grow on me and in the end I only enjoyed like 3 songs from here.

It's over
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love weezer but I think it's over. The last few albums have one or two good songs and the rest is filler. Either there just trying to build a catalog or cash in while they can but this is very disappointing. Talent going to waste.

Great Return for Weezer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To be honest, I didn't really like this album at first listen. However, after listening a few more times, it's really a solid album and one of their best in a long time.

Rivers still has it going.

one of Weezer's best albums
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was the first Weezer CD that I bought and I enjoy it. Many so-called fans also say that this album is a "return to form," which is a good thing. Definitely recommend picking this up. Lots of crunchy guitars, cool hooks and well-written melodies.

Awesome album
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This album is absolutely incredible. I didn't have much expectations for it, at first, but every song on here is very catchy and has the classic Weezer sound to it. My favorites are "Da Vinci" and "The British are Coming." Definitely check out this album if you're a long time Weezer fan. It will blow you away.

Great album with older Weezer feel
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This album goes back to some of Weezer's roots with songs that feel like they are from the Blue album, Green album, and even Pinkerton.
