Didn't like it. Played it and sold it in a few days

I couldn't get past the training mode in the game. Evolve is absurdly difficult. Controls don't make sense and the enemies are the size of ants. Overall this is not worth the money.

I will admit... I don't have e PSN so my experience is limited so maybe that's a reason for my low rating but I find it to be fun, exciting and new at first, but it get extremely repetitive.

The game is as advertised. You can be a monster or the hunters that hunot it. I just hoped it would be better. It wasn't.

I bought the game because it was s cheap at 10 dollars, but then several people told me it wasnt too good, so i returned it

i like all the graphics on the game but the game it self did not like.

This game would have actually been good if there wasn't so much to explain to the customer and the games actually moved along. It was not fun always trying to chase down the monster for 10+ minutes.

Evolve is a game that pits four hunters, each with unique abilities and responsibilities, against a single monster. Each of the classes have their own role, such as support shielding, medic healing, assault dealing damage, and the hunter tracking the monster. The game by itself is enjoyable, but there is a fairly limited player base due to the excessive DLC (two "season passes"?!?) unlocking new characters in each class and monsters . But if you can play with a group of at least four hunters, it is actually a fantastic game. Each hunter uses their ability to try and defeat the monster, who must evolve over time to gain strength/abilities. Certain monsters perform better on certain maps/against certain characters.. or the Gorgon who just destroys everything and really should be rebalanced. If you have friends playing, this game is absolutely worth it. If you do not, it would be frustrating to learn the game and consistently find matches.

Worst game I have ever played in 15 years of playing games absolutely a waste of all resources involved

I enjoyed my time with the game but a little more content and variety wouldve made it a keeper. Great team based unique gameplay but you may or may not get bored of it after a couple of weeks.

Really slow moving.. Only purchased because it was $10 and that may have been too much.

Gameplay so far has been excellent. The experience is entirely different depending on whether you are a hunter or a monster. Nothing is more satisfying than playing as the monster and successfully outsmarting your human counterparts until you are strong enough to be unstoppable. Each monster has different strengths and weaknesses so the game play even within the monster class has lots of variety. As far as the hunters you need to play together as a team to win. Each different character even within the same class adds to the complexity and strategy needed to win. Making the hunters just different enough aside from class ability to offer countless hours of replay ability without becoming old and boring. If you buy this game do yourself and everyone else a favor and get a mic. Every match is a boss match! What is not to like about that. There isn't a story line so if you are into that you might want to stay away, but the level grinding and character mastery take enough time that you feel accomplished in achieving your next unlock. Thus far this is my favorite next gen game, and the computer AI is fantastic. The visuals on the various environments and animals you come across are different and stunning at the same time. The environments offer little relief and there are tons of traps and dangers lurking around every corner to keep you on edge. I understand how people would be upset over the DLC for this game and feeling like the developers tried to add a money sink, but this should not deter you from giving this game a shot. The reason being all maps and new modes are playable as they are released, and won't need to be purchased. Additionally even if you choose not to buy new Monsters or Hunters you can play with and against others who have them, so you do not lose out on that experience or have the online community segregated into the haves and have nots.

Everything about this game is great. Amazing graphics, gameplay is fun, and each character brings something totally different to the table. The ONLY downside to this game is that it is online only. HOWEVER, this is my favorite game on PS4 right now. I have played countless hours of it. This game is best enjoyed with friends. Without teammates that know what they are doing, you won't win many games and it will get boring. There is a pretty steep learning curve.

This game has no real story mode just pure multi player fun. Great graphics and pretty good gameplay. Playing as the monster or in a group of hunters, you won't be disappointed if your into multi player shooters. I struggled with the gameplay as a monster at first. Thought the mechanics of controlling the beast were a bit clumsy, but after two or three games I was hooked. You must use teamwork to play as a hunter or you will fall. Also watch out for that environment, it's very much alive!

This game is good fun to play but has a massively ridiculous learning curve.

Great game if you have people you know to play with really boring if it's just you by yourself

Please do yourself a favor and watch some reviews on this game from actual gamers who pay for this game. IGN, Gamespot and other big game sites have given this game high praise. DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE!!! This is a basically a free to play game being sold as a 60 buck triple A game. I'm not talking about the DLC. The way they did the DLC this game is actually decent. Maps will always be free but the other comestic stuff is paid. Getting back to the game. It is boring as hell. Yeah maybe if you have 4-5 friends you actually have time to play together it might be somewhat fun for a awhile. But it's still the same game play over and over. They try to fool you with different modes but basically its all the same. Run after monster and kill it as hunter or run from hunters and kill them. The main word here is run because that's pretty much all you will be doing running, running and running. Followed by some very brief moments of action if its not hampered by your foolish publicmatchmaking teammates or many graphical issues. I repeat do not buy this game at full price. Heck I wouldn't even buy this at any price over 20 bucks. It was terribly disappointing. This game is going the way of Titanfall the interest is dropping fast. Heck Titanfall at least was enjoyable for awhile. My brother and I bought this on a Saturday and traded it in on a Monday. Repeat Rent if you must DO NOT BUY FOR 60 BUCKS. It's just not worth it.
