The band opens & the watch has fallen off

You can make minor adjustments in how tight you want it to be. It really is great for smaller wrists like mine

DO NOT BUY

It started to come undone, but I would always catch it in time. 5 days into owning my new watch, it came undone and shattered the screen so that the watch was no longer working. This is a horrible product design, and I personally think Best Buy should pull it from the shelves.
