Works well with video calling. Great for kids to keep up with grandparents and see them when visits do not happen often.

This product has given our family much joy because we can communicate with them. Service from Best Buy is weak because very few people know how to work it

It's decent. My dad seems to enjoy. Sadly, it seems that the device requires Facebook to be installed on a smart phone in order to receive calls to the portal. My parents are a bit technologically illiterate but badly wanted a way to FaceTime with the grands. They don't know how to use a smart phone so we are unable to initiate calls at this time. If someone knows how to bypass this issue, please advise. If we could figure this out, the product would be a 5 star gadget.

I bought one for my wife and daughter and one for the grandparents. They work well. Setup was quick and painless. I bought both while on sale.

I love using the portal for speaking to family and friends clear picture but sometimes the person on the other side can not be heard well. I love that you can listen to music, watch news and so much more.
