Portal bringing us home for the holidays

This will be the first Christmas spent together in decades!!! Have already given it several tries and I can't wait for my sister to reveal it to my Mom Christmas morning. Fantastic optics and sound. Much cheaper than 4 roundtrip tickets. I think this is a winner all around.

Picture quality is outstanding.

The camera really does follow you around the room. It spotted a person (not speaking) in the background when the kids moved out of the picture. I would prefer a unit-to-unit connection rather than involving Facebook, but, but otherwise the quality was much better than expected,

Great for Video chatting

We don't have anything with Alexa connected so I can't speak on how well that part works. But I do wish they made a stand for this item so that it can rotate and tilt. The smart camera works ok and tracks your movement, but a stand with tilt would help the viewing angle.
