Bought this Portal for my mother in law for Mother's Day and she LOVES it. She has already face-timed us several times to talk and see the grandkids. So glad we bought this for her :)

If you live away from family and friends and like video chat! This gadget is awesome. It has a motion camera if you want to chat while cooking and what not this is perfect. My mom loves it!

Really great but could use some enhancements The interface with Alexa is okay but it would be better if it was part of Alexa's all system. Like for announcements and music. At least I couldn't figure out how to get that to interface.

I love my portal it let's me communicate with my children and grandchildren,much better we can see each other ,it makes feel like im with them,and lets me see how fast there're growing,

This is the best video calling device I have seen. Great picture and sound. Has wide angle camera and will track people across the field of view and zoom in when appropriate.

Some features only work with activation using 'alexa' others are activated with 'hey portal' It would be nice if everything could be controlled with one term to awake the device.

This is so much fun when we talk with our 4 yr old granddaughter. The special effects and story time are great fun also. I would definitely recommend this, especially to grandparents!

We bought this as a gift for a friend and his children that live far from home (Hawaii). They could use it to call/see family on a regular basis now (just like the commercials).

I have a Facebook Portal both here in Wisconsin and also at our home in Arizona. It is an easy way to keep in touch with friends and relatives no matter where we are.

The hub adds a personal assistant to your life. It controls all the smart devices in your home. With the exception of Vivint. Never get Vivint home security. It’s horrible.

so convenient for long conversations or when you are busy cooking! Also, love that it plays pandora music and the speaker has great sound!

Works well and pretty neat, but does the same thing as many other devices already owned. If you're addicted to FB, might be cool so you can talk on phone and FB at the same time,

Bought this for mothers day, Turned out she likes it. She is less into gadgets and electronics but loves the idea of this. she can function it and setup was a breeze.

Bought this for my Mother in Law so she could stay in touch with my wife and her sisters. We set it up so all she had to do was enter her WiFi password. Very easy.

I love the portal! My family is very spread out. And the Portal with its crystal clear image. Lets me connect to My Children and grandchildren. This is an awesome buy.

I really like it but after using it, I wish it had a way of being mobile. It needs to be plugged in to be used. If it only ran on rechargeable batteries I would have given it 5 starts. Great product for the money.

Bought two of these to communicate with my niece and her child. Has worked out great! So much better than using the phone. Very satisfied with purchase.

So far, so good. Bought two Facebook portals...the one for the house does a good job. The camera does a pretty good job at tracking and has good picture and sound.

This product has a great viewing picture. It goes by your voice commands. I like using Alexia on this device. It's great with connecting with friends and family.
