Facebook swing and a miss

I’ve gotten locked out of my Facebook account multiple times. The story mode is great for great parents to read a story to your child but if both homes don’t have great internet speed be prepared for a very lagged experience.

Messenger alone won't work!

I wanted to set up a video phone for my elderly parents, where my siblings could use Facebook messenger accounts to video chat with them. Facebook technical support originally told me that a full Facebook account was only necessary for the portal owner. Other users only needed a messenger account. They were wrong. All users need to have a full, active Facebook account. Some of my siblings did not want to open full Facebook accounts. One already on Facebook was told by tech support that she was using an old version of messenger and had to buy a newer model iPhone in order to use a messenger version that would work with the Portal. Too bad, it looked like the portal might work well. I returned it to Best Buy.

Good for start but hopefully upgrades are coming

You really need a fast wifi connection on both ends or calls will buffer or drop. It's a lot of money to spend on an item that is limited in function. I could have just Facebook video chatted with them using cellphones. Hoping they add more features.
