easily 50+ hours of content for only the midgar area alone! cant wait see the next parts of the remake. graphics and combat are really good!

I haven’t progressed very far in terms of the story, but what I’ve experienced so far has been very responsive and fun. This feels like the combat engine from FFXV had some serious rework done to it to make it more rewarding and engaging. If you’re a fan of the FF series or JRPGs/ARPGs, this should be a good time.

Have played all the final fantasy games before. So have been waiting for this to come out. So far I like the special effects and the music as well.

I thought the did a great job for the first section of the remaster. Played the OG and fell in love with the characters and story

Final Fantasy 7 Remake is a retelling of the story of Midgar from the original Final Fantasy 7. The music and voice acting are pretty good overall.

A nicely done remake of the playstation original that is easier for newer fans of final fantasy to get into

One of my favorite games from my childhood has now been remade in HD and it is everything and more. Highly recommend this to anyone that loves rpgs

I’ve held off for a long time on playing the original game with minimal spoilers (except that one big one) so that I can experience it this way for the first time. I am however, a fan of Final Fantasy and Square Enix in general and so far I’ve been really impressed with this game. The gameplay is very fun, the soundtrack is just phenomenal, and the scenery is amazing. It’s disappointing that it’s coming in parts, but I can tell a lot of heart was put into this game and I appreciate the developers choice to not cut corners in creating their full vision.

I've never played a final fantasy game and after this I might actually play some others. Love this game so much, I had so much fun playing.

They did an amazing job on the remake, has a lot of the nostalgia of the original but they've also made it a new game entirely.

They did a great job balancing gameplay and story elements. The environments are beautiful too. Sometimes I just walk around and look at stuff.

Great re-imagining if the original. Looks great and plays like it too but it's the new and improved story that will hook you.

Let it be said that this is how you remake a classic. Square really went all out to take this beloved classic and turn it into a modern wonder. I remember how when first booting the original FF VII on PSX I was amazed at the CGI and the depth of the game. Again Square impresses essentially taking the original apart and rebuilding a new version bit by bit. If you like FF, if you like JRPG, or if you like Squeenix then you owe it to yourself to purchase this for your aging PS4 and have a walk down memory lane, with all the modern accommodations.

Note that this is from the point of view of someone who has only played through the early parts of the original Final Fantasy 7. Final Fantasy 7 Remake manages to fully recreate the world of a beloved game, while also adding its own spin to it. While this is just the first part of a massive story, the game takes the extra time it has to expand the world of the game even more. The new action combat system is a blast to play with so far and doesn't show signs of getting old. Overall, this game is a promising start to this multi-part adventure.

This remake is an amazing nod to the old game with much improved graphics. It's beautiful to look at and you'll get so much enjoyment out of it.

I played the original FF7 game it is not the same as the remake but daaammnn... the graphics and the gameplay is really worth it

The overall process after purchasing the item was so smooth, as soon as I got the email that my order was ready for pick up, it asked to confirm that I will be at the curbside pick up. Once I parked my vehicle in the reserved numbered parking spot. It was a quick “let us know what vehicle and spot number you are in and a rep will be with you” it did not take more than a min when I confirmed my number. The young lady came with a mask on and was velvety nice, she asked for the order number and that was it. I was on my way home happy.

Fantastic Game, can’t wait for the next installment. As a Fan of the Original this was a must have and did not disappoint.

Great gane, fun to play and an interesting story. Only downside is graphics in certain spots, but other than that is a very fun game to play.
