A: I got an email from Best Buy stating that the preorder bonus codes have been delayed...frustrating. Check the email you used to preorder the game.
A: It says under "Specifications" that is a physical copy, I hope this helps. I ordered my copy and it says it will be delivered on release date which is April 10th
