One amazing remake!

I was a bit skeptical how the action battle system would work, but wow... they really improved the battle system! Not only can you pause to make wise choices during battle but you feel like a major part of the action. Highly recommended!

My expectations were high and this game exceeded it by a mile. Graphically it is one of the beat looking games of the generation.

Remake at its best!

A great blend of traditional with action. There are story changes to keep new and old fans entertained, but it still pays homage to the original. My main complaint is the level design is almost too close to the original and doesn't hold up well to today's standards. The game is also a little short but very well made.

A beautiful re imaging of a classic

My playtime is around 45 hrs. Those that have played the original know that you are only in Midgar for 5-6 hrs. SE really expanded on the characters, and done some of the smaller characters justice. They have shine in this game and feel even more human if that makes sense.
