I love this game!! So worth buying! Just do it!! So fun!

I was surprised that they did such a good job of updating and remaking disc 1 of the original FF7. While it is more linear, the fleshed-out characters and great combat make this a faithful recreation that is tons of fun to play. The only downside is that this covers the beginning part of the original game and we'll have to wait for the rest.

It's a very good game. Only issue I had was that it was too easy on NORMAL. The battle mechanics are similar to FFXV, but you can switch to classic (turn based) mode if you prefer.

I am new to the series and I am impressed with what I have played so far. I have put in about 13 hours so far and am enjoying the story, atmosphere and characters a lot. The combat isn’t that challenging so far but maybe it will ramp up going forward. This game has made me interested in going back and checking out FF 15 from a few years ago.

I know almost everyone is complaining about the game being dividied in parts, but it offer a good ammount of hours and focused in storytelling, also the gameplay works pretty well.

The story gets intresting as I'm progeessing and this is my first Final Fantasy game,its a good game with really great graphics I've seen so far out of all the other modern games.

Prior to this game, I had only played FF13 and FFXV. I've never played the original FF7, however, after playing this, I definitely want to for the story and characters alone! This has become my favorite FF game by far. The gameplay was crisp and engaging, while the story kept me wanting more. I can't wait to see what part 2 brings!

The best of all time story line in final fantasy series remake for playstation 4 and future playstation 5. Awesome graphics and best story line! nothing to complain.

This is technically my first introduction into final fantasy despite me knowing of it as a child. I went in completely blind and fell so in love. The game itself is good but sometimes the camera angles work against you, other times it could be the lock on feature wouldn’t lock on to an enemy that’s right in front of you but way behind you.

A great game, but barely a sliver compared to the original game. This title only includes the Midgar chapter of the game, which everyone knows is barely a 4th, if that.

Almost cancelled my pre-order because I wasn't sold on the gameplay or that is was not a complete game. So happy I didn't, loved it and can't wait for the next one. Don't see myself going back or replaying it but it was worth it for the single play through and extra attention given to supporting characters. Must have for any FF7 fan.
