I really enjoyed the original Final Fantasy VII back on the original Playstation. This game really does live up to the hype. There is much more backstory and I really enjoyed every moment of it.

Very good remake, a little slow on the ps4. There os no reason this shpuld be this slow. GTA4 has a whole world yet it barely stutters. This and Monster Hunter needs optimizations bad.

I highly recommend this game. It's amazing and if you enjoy FF then this is an easy get... get this game. Beat it... wait for part 2, then get that one, beat it, then have a cold one. You deserve it.

Be aware that this is Part 1 of an ongoing story -- Part 2 is yet to be announced for release This as its own game is well worth it though. One of the most beautiful and immersive games on the platform.

Never played final fantasy, but figured give ita try because it looked fun. Lots of characters and game play soo far is fun and long and there is soo much to do.

The game is amazing as expected. I am old school and need a hard copy. With the virus going around most places could not guarantee it on release day but through Best Buy I got it on the Friday it released.

Changes to the story are bad. Graphics are good. I haven't finished the game, though!

Really superb reimagining of an age old classic that truly deserves every gamers’ time. However, fans going into this should know this is only part one and does not include any content outside of Midgar.

Literally one of the best rpg’s out there. Square Enid has outdone themselves by taking it a legendary story and revamping it for todays consoles. Love the updated battle mechanics.

From kids to adults, all loved the game and storyline. Great for Final Fantasy Lovers.

Got this game because hey we've been waiting years for it. You have to understand that this one game is one of three that will be release. So its a quick game to go through. Waiting for the second one.

one of the best games just got even better. In almost very aspect the game has improved. The only thing wrong is that we have to wait for the next chapter. A must to play during these quarantine times.

This remake is just stunning. The way everything was enhanced makes the gameplay enjoyable (visually) and captures you...almost making you addicted to playing it over and over.

Best franchise ever on rpg. While some people might be turned off on the idea of splitting this game into three parts........i rather enjoyed it and they did the classic alot of justice.

The game brings back so many memories. The too a great game and made it better. It is everything I wanted and some. If you love rpg's you will love this game. I can't wait for the rest of the series

Runs great on a Playstation 5. Having played the orginal when it first came out, the remake is different but fun. I hear that a ps5 version is coming so you might wait for that.
