    The game is great but I don't like the idea of it being full price, and not the full FF7 remake, and with different versions. When it was announced, I had hoped that it would be free of some of the nonsense monetization from the industry.

    I never played a FF game before this. The closest I got was the Kingdom Heart series and this game carries that same kind of magic and charm. It tells a classic story in a modern that way that is inviting to new players.

    It wont matter if you played the original or not. The story is even more in-depth with the Remake version.
