The most amazing Final Fantasy EVER comes to Nintendo Switch and it looks just as beautiful as it did on the PS4! This is an amazing game to take on the go, as it is an RPG that will take you many hours to beat. The story is beautiful and the action is strategic and fun. A must have for any RPG fans.

I forgot what an awesome adventure this was. Playing it on the go was only the icing on the cake. I hate that you cant play X-2 unless the cart is inserted considering it requires a separate download. Great RPG that holds up to this day and plays masterfully on the Switch!

This game is pretty cool and really pretty looking remaster if I say so myself for the Nintendo Switch. They did a great job remastering it in my opinion. It plays great and haven't had any issues or force closes, so far so good.

FFX is excellent, and it's nice that FFX-2 is included as well. This will be my 6th playthrough of FFX. My biggest gripe with the game is that FFX-2 is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD! Not only that, but the cartridge is REQUIRED to play the digitally downloaded game! Not cool, especially since the international release has both games available on the cartridge. On the whole, not a bad purchase though.

One of my favorite Final Fantasy games ported to the Switch was a must-buy! I first played both of these games back when they were originally released for the PS2 console. I've played them again during their re-release for the PS Vita and now they're available for the Nintendo Switch. I definitely enjoy both games for portability and TV gameplay, they're beautifully designed games and the stories for each are really good. Since both games are tied to each other, this combo is great for any first timers for the Final Fantasy RPG franchise.

Square Enix let me enjoy this game for a second time with better graphics

Just like when it was released on the PS2, I'm obsessed all over again. Lots of memories, and thinking why did I ever get rid of my old game guides? Now I'm scrambling to find used ones at good prices. I have not played this on TV, just on the Switch screen, but it looks great. Only complaints are that load times between scenes are a bit sluggish and that FFX-2 is a download code, it's not on the cartridge. I don't get that, it seems that it should have been on the cartridge or if they do not make a cartridge with enough storage, then a second cartridge be packaged for FFX-2. If I wanted digital versions of my games, I would not have bought the physical version.

This is my favorite FF game and this remastered version looks great on the switch. It’s nice to have a portable version to play on the go. The X2 is a download from the Nintendo store so make sure you have some extra space on your storage device. I purchased during the Black Friday sale so it is well worth the $20 I paid for it, but if you are a fan of this game and want to play it again or want to play it for the first time it gives you hours of play.

I've played FF X on 3 systems now, and the switch iteration feels like the definitive release. It runs greats, looks great, the quality of life / streamlining (im looking at you blitzball) improvements help smooth out the edges of a game that's 20+ years old, and its portable now. The only real drawback is that only FFX is on the cartridge, X2 and all other DLC must be downloaded via an included code. Would've been much preferable to have everything on one cart, but c'est la vie.

This is one of the gameS that got be into JRPGs back in the day. I have now bought and played it on three different systems and don’t regret it for a moment. It is wonderful to be able to play it on the go as well. The story is great and the battle system is one of my favorites with the overdrive system and the quick party swap ability. The sphere grid leveling system makes the process more flexible and interesting. All in all, on of my favorite games of all time on one of my favorite systems of all time.

I grew up with this game and the HD remaster is a stunning trip down memory lane. The fact that I can play it on the go, via the Switch, makes it even better. However if you do not like JRPGs or turn-based combat, this will not be the game for you. Great visuals and a bonus for portability, I would recommend this title. The expansions/DLC to the game are not included on the cartridge. However, there is a Nintendo eShop code included in box to attain said content.

Game looks great on Switch, after seeing the PS4 version i wasn’t expecting this game to look as good, but to my eye seeing them side by side, i couldnt tell them apart plus the switch version i can take on the go. Sound quality is excellent Game plays great. Plus includes final fantasy X-2 as a download code i was hoping it would be on the cartridge. Highly recommended

One of my favorite games and got it so o can play on the go

I originally bought this for both games and I’m glad to have it, but I do wish the second game (regardless how you feel about it) would have been included on the cartridge.

I first played this game my freshman year in college and couldn’t put it down. When this was announced for the Switch with the second game, I couldn’t resist. Played through about half of the first game (recently unlocked third summon) and have a hard time putting it down. Graphics still hold up and the story is as good as I remember. Can’t wait to play the second game but need to savor the rest of the first game.

FFX has great new music you listen to or switch to the original. The game it self is a treat to all fans of the game from PS2. Graphics are well done, sound is spot on, and the gameplay is perfect. But like the PSVita version one thing is missing that the FFX-2 is not on the card like it is overseas. Instead you get a digital code to download it. Other than that small gripe i give it 5 stars.

Classic game, especially Final Fantasy X, at a good price for on the go and at home options. Got it at a great price on clearance, received quickly. Played part of it on Vita before, looking forward to finishing this time on the Switch version.

These are two classic RPG games and it's surprising how well they still hold up. The graphics and gameplay all run quite smooth. It's a bit of a bummer that the X-2 game is only a download version but it's a minor annoyance overall.

FFX was my first experience with the Final Fantasy franchise and it I fell in love right away. This game also led me to go back and played the previous games like the juggernaut that is FF7! Both X and X-2 are fun in very different ways. The whole costume mechanic is very interesting. Awesome games. Get it.
