Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After only one month a wear, the rubber band had broken and the Fitbit popped out and is missing. I contacted customer service who stated that because it was still syncing to my phone that I should download a Bluetooth app and go around the house and yard looking for it. Needless to say that did not work! Not worth the money for one month is use.
