Q: What are the ages that the band for this watch fits?
A: My daughter is 8, and she has to go the the 3rd to last hole on the band, she will be able to wear for quite a few years to come.

A: Yes, it comes with a charger.
A: Just set up older kids with their own Fitbit accounts as opposed to making them part of the family as kids.
Q: Does it track sleep like adult fitbit?
A: Yeah. It tracks sleep, my son uses it and it's linked to my phone. This way I'm able to see my son's sleep information. Here is a screen shot of what it looks like.
Q: Does my grandson have to have a phone in order for this to work?
A: It can be a tablet or phone. My daughter has her Fitbit app on her tablet. Just Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to link app to watch
Q: Does my kid have to have a phone to connect this two or can I track it from work on my phone?
A: I have my fitbit and both my children's fitbits on my phone, they don't have a cell phone.
A: Activity trackers will pick up movement, not necessarily the type of movement. However, I'm not sure if this might be what you're looking for as it is made for kids.
