Not very good. It broke after a few months. It won’t sync anymore. Not very user friendly for kids.

Girls love them and still going strong in 2023. Just one of them needs a new band. Most things they dont make to last these days but this is doing great!

Nice kids version from Fitbit. Need it to use it for basic functions like step count, sleep, clock, timer.. and my 8 year old kid loves it. Easy to use.

    Not built for kids

Where to begin. As a family we all have fitbits. Got this one for our son for his birthday. Battery life is basically nonexistent as it is luckily to last 2-1/2 days. He did change the clock face, but it Fitbit also says that it has a 5 day life battery with the original clock screen which is not the case as it only lasted 3 days with that clock face. Syncing to the app requires forcing the app off and on at least 3-4 times before it will sync the device. Several times the tracker has fallen out of the band, causing it to go missing and causing house wide searches. Within the first week of having it my son showed me his watch to notice the screen has three scratches down the glass. Awful job Fitbit this wasn’t built for active children, or kids in general.

    Safety Concerns

The device seems to have nice features for kids - one of which includes allowing you as the parent to manage "friend" requests. I received a request approval for my son that was a picture of a nude woman. When I brought it to Fitbits attention 3 weeks ago that my child was getting requests from naked women I got no response. I don't hold them responsible for the individual's behavior, but I do hold them responsible for a lack of response. It doesn't appear that there is appropriate security and accountability within the Fitbit community to protect children on their devices.
