Bought for my wife for christmas she doesnt like it. She tried counting steps woth 2 other devices while using this. The steps on the other 2 were consistant. But the fitbit was significantly lower

I really like the Fitbit Alta, it's very small and looks good. I've purchased a few other color bands, so this item is a keeper. It does not sense riding a stationary bike, lifting weights or playing hockey, 3 of my normal routines. Thankfully the app is great, so adding them is easy. The Alta is very easy to use and set up. Tapping on it give you quite a bit of information. I absolutely love the notifications synced from my phone. Sleeping with it on will track your sleep history, which is useful. However the biggest surprise has been setting the alarm on it and having it actually wake me up. I'm shocked. Overall for the price and functionally it's been a wise purchase for me

I love it if tested the fitbit charge and the charge hr and this one is the best easy to use setup doesn't take to much of your wrist and stylish for man or woman and the charger cable is much better then the charge and thy did away with that button on the side too and quality is vary good too worth the 130$

Did not work after couple weeks. Did the steps per customer service did not work but fitbit says they will send new one of my daughter so hopefully. My daughter loved when working.

This is just ok it doesn't count steps anymore and the text message doesn't show up on the display screen

It had trouble tracking steps on some days. Then it got where it wouldn’t stay connected to my phone.

I was weary to get a product that had not yet been released and reviewed but so far this band has lived up to everything I expected. I love having a silent alarm in the morning that wakes me and not my partner. The android app makes it easy to track EVERYTHING! The only reason I give this band a 4 star review instead of 5 is because it was a little difficult to set up and I had to play with it a bit before I could get it to connect it to my phone. There is also no guide for set up. I had to search the fitbit website for each separate detail in order to set up notifications for my phone, silent alarms, and how to get it connected to my phone. A quick start guide would have been nice.

Terrible. The charger stopped working after two weeks. I should have invested in a garmin

Not having an hr monitor made get the charge hr. If you like to have your heart beat monitored like me then go with the charge hr

I really didn't like the new strap or the new screen. It is too easily to scratch and leaves a loose sensation to the experience.

Fitbit is useless in the event item is stolen and they do nothing. Anyone can take it and reset it to themselves

These Fitbits suck! They don't keep the correct number of steps & are barely visible outside in the sun. Returned it.

The Alta is a slim sleek version of the Fitbit that causes folks to do a double take. It features all the great attributed I've come to expect from Fitbit, tracks activity, sleep, time, caller ID, heart rate, and text messages, PLUS the band is easily interchangeable! Great Value for the money!

Strap buckle broke within a week under normal usage

I bought two Fitbit for my kids to use. It's not user friendly and you need to update them frequently

I have had my fitbit Alta less than a year I love the things it tracks but, my band has already broke.

The band was very hard to close on your wrist. Exchanged for the bigger one.

Display is defective. Called Fitbit Customer Service. Cumbersome process to return product.

Numbers too small! Supplier needs to provide a better device next year. I returned it!
