Bought this for my brother as a birthday gift. He really seems to enjoy keeping up with the info it provides. I've had one since May and love how it reminds me to stay active, as well as allowing me to follow my sleep patterns. Two thumbs up!

Love getting first line of text messages on my fitbit. Also like that once I have set my goals, the fitbit will send me messages to remind me to move! Warning: the band is difficult to put on the first few days, but then loosens and is easy!

The Fitbit Alta is a nice looking tracker especially the thinnest and the different bands you can change to. The only thing I didn't like is that this tracker doesn't have a heartbeat tracker on it (if that's what you're looking for like me.

Item was purchased for my Sister's Birthday, she loves it! Loves tracking her sleep patterns and the fact that you can check your texts etc., without pulling her phone out. Worth buying!

My husband got one for his birthday and I saw what it did for him. So I decided to buy one. So glad I did! It really does help you get up every hour to move! Encouragement and pushing, in a fun but "you better do it" way, keeps me motivated.

I am not the most active person but I love my Fitbit. I got the Alta because it was slim and could still tell time but I was skeptical about it. It motivates me to stay active as I compete against others and the alarms help wake me up too.

The band is incredibly hard to close. Otherwise, good product.

I love Fitbit products. The Alta is a good combination of stylish and sturdy yet flexible and diverse. Love the gold option. I only wish the app would track more than calories in the food journal so you could keep track of more stats

I have had two other fit bits the first edition and the HR. I prefer the Alta over those because it has everything u need, it doesn't sleep all the time and u can change the band. I recommend this one if ur looking to purchase one.

Bought this one for Dear Hubby so he would have a nicer fitbit to use. But it measures in kilometers. Took hubby time to figure out how to change to miles. we prefer the steps...something to consider. It does look sharp and works well.

Had a problem with first one I purchased had some kind of short. Returned and got new one I love it. Its a great Motivator has clock and date, syncs up to phone app,vibrates every hour to tell you to move. When you hit your goal( which mine is 10000 steps) it vibrates and tells you with fireworks you did it. Was not sure I wanted to keep it at first but I love it now feel like I left something behind when I'm not wearing it. Oh and it vibrates when you get a text or phone call big plus if your somebody who does not hear your phone.

The Fitbit Ulta Activity Tracker was a great investment! Love the reminders to get up and move, or the "party on your wrist" once you have accomplished your goal activity for the day!!
