Really like my Alta and the additional features. Good upgrade from my flex, I like the clock and reminders to get moving. So far so good!

First one died in three days. Fitbit customer service quickly determined the unit was not repairable. The tech rep stayed on the phone while e-mailing the necessary form for me to complete, which took hardly any time. Then reviewed the completed form, ordered the replacement unit and e-mailed the confirmation. The whole transaction took maybe twenty minutes. The replacement unit arrived and it works just great. Never had so little effort to get a problem completely corrected in my life.

I have used the Flex and now Alta. Both unfortunately become unfastened on their own. Fairly accurate most of the time for monitoring steps.

I gave it to my sister for Xmas and she loves it. I would recommend this item strongly for long lasting and efficient operation

This is a great product. It has been made easy to enter food, water and exercise each day along with the sleep patterns seem pretty accurate.

I love my new Fitbit Alta. It keeps me motivated. Does not bother my wrist and the band's can be switched out for different colors.

Everything works great, very easy to set up. The wrist band connectors are a little tough to connect so I just take it off from the side.

Great product, I don't like that you have to tap hard to change views. The clasp doesn't stay closed and the tracker almost fell off twice.
