I actually think the One is more accurate

But it was annoying to clip in my clothes, so i decided to upgrade to the Alta 2. I like the ease of wearing the Alta all day, and the FitBit app is great. But I think wearing it on your wrist increases the likelihood that it counts other movements as a step. I genuinely wonder if I'm making the goals that it says I am.
