The Alta is a step up from the flex

I like that I can review my data on my Fitbit instead of only on my phone app. It give great encouragement to move when you have not meet you step goal yet. When you get your daily goal it sets off fireworks display on it. The only down fall is if you are walking and your hand stays still ( like pushing a cart) it does not count steps.
