This is a great improvement over the past couple of fitbits. It's sleek and really accurate.

My alta helps me to stay active on a daily basis. It also helps me watch my sleep patterns.

Problem: I've had issues with the syncing however after I read the Help suggestions, I can usually figure it out how to correct. I've had the time revert to another time zone and once again checked what Help said to correct. Overall, I'd say this is this best investment I've ever made in any kind of exercise equipment and I wear it on my arm! I've recommended to to many people... even strangers who ask about it.

I use the product daily and log in my food as well. Only downside.....no heart rate monitor.

It has a lot to it in a small package. It does the job of the Charge but the size of he Flex.

Just upgraded from the flex and I'm really enjoying the Alta. The interface tells you the time, how many steps you've walked, calories burned, etc. I had a little trouble getting it on the first time, but once you secure it around your wrist, it really stays put. Not bulky at all. The app is also nice and provides info about your sleep patterns, vibrating alarms and other things. Happy with the purchase.

If your thinking of upgrading your Flex then Alta is for you. Simple to use and it works.

My Fitbit Flex finally died, so I decided to upgrade to the Alta. It is awesome! I love it!

Overall, I like the Alta. Steps are not always accurate, but it is pretty close in most cases. The band is really tough to close no matter how loose or tight fitting. I thought it would loosen up, but it hasn't. Battery life lasts about 4 days. It is impossible to read in the sunlight, but is fine everywhere else. Comfortable to wear.
