A helpful addition to my routine

Wearing something nearly 24/7 has taken some getting used to, but after the first week, you hardly notice it's there. The step counter has motivated me to move a little more. The app has also been helpful (and motivating) toward keeping track of my water intake.

Excellent purchase

When I saw the design of the Alta and the call and text features I knew it was what I was looking for all along. It synchs to my IPhone, lets me see my texts and calls that come in and alerts me to keep moving. I also synced it with My Fitness Pal to track my foods. I am really happy with my purchase.

Sleek and Neat!

I wish they made a medium, because the small was a little tight, but the Large has way too much band! I like the different colored band options!
